Nice Subway location, quiet and tucked away. Lots of room inside. Great staff, the bread was soft and fresh and the toppings all looked great.

Sign says opens at 9:00, it’s 9:50 and nobody here yet to open the store 😡 I couldn’t go somewhere else because I already paid for my sandwiches on the App, and after all the wait they can not toast the breads or warm up the chicken breast as it takes time for their oven to warm up!!!!!

Went into this location on a saturday evening at around 7pm. Online it says this location closes at 10pm and the app says 9pm. Regardless, it should have been open later then 7pm. So I went inside and was immediately told by the guy working behind the counter that they were closed and that they closed at 7pm, despite the open light on the door being lit AND the door being wide open. The man was also making a bunch of sandwiches behind the counter, so it felt a little odd. So I left and went to get myself sushi from the place in the same plaza instead. As I was leaving the sushi place, I passed the subway on the way back to my car and saw the man inside (light still on and door still open) and he was serving some customers! So I went back in to ask him why he told me he was closed just 10 minutes ago, and then accepted other customers. He told me he made an exception for them because they were "next door". I found this behavior very disrespectful and I hope they speak to this man about "closing" before hours and rejecting customers. Other then that, I have no issues with this location! Just wanted to warn others about this man and that he might decide he doesn't want to serve you personally that day.

Ithe worst service and customer service I have ever experienced. I recently had lost use of my left arm from a stroke and accidentally knocked my sub off the table before I even took one bit. And when my husband ask them too replace it I was charged for another sub and when asked why are you charging my wife when it was an accident he started arguing and instantly that he could replace it with management present. I am so offended and will never return or spend my money in there location. They are insensitive for a person with disabilities and in a wheelchair. This occurred on Saturday July 20thin at 9:10, if he truly care about the customer then he could have called someone to get it approved instead of arguing.

It is the worst Subway restaurant ever. And I really mean it. Today I ordered my food and asked to get one drink the guy name is Rajesh ( I beliave he is the owner) asked if I want to pay for a refill. I said what do u mean the machine is in the middle of the store if I want to have a refill o go get it free of charge. He goes so many people abusing the system so he has to charge a fee now. Unbelievable... Another occasion same guy asked to charge $3 dollars extra for using company coupon that gets mailed to the neighborhood. When my husband said are you kidding me? he said no i am serious , he cant honour the coupon unless he charges extra, even said he is running a business can't give free food. Please do yourself a favor and shop somewhere else. He also treat his employees like a dirt bag. This would be my last time for sure.

This place is a disaster!! The girl who works there made the sub wrong my husband went back to fix it or even get his money back she says sorry I can't change it or refund it (my husband has very little English) She calles the owner and he says the same thing. Then she blames my husband for not looking while she was making it, also she threatens my husband to call the cops ( she knows with his little English she can scare him) by the way who calls the cops for asking a new sandwich!!!!! Or money back RIDICULOUS please don't go there that place is horrible!!!!!

Subway in Woodbridge is an amazing restaurant which guarantees all of their customers will leave satisfied with their food. I have never been disappointed in this location and they always show the most respect to everybody.

Very bad costumer service. We ordered a footlong and my wife asked if they can wrap it separately. The sandwich guy refused since he does not want to use extra paper because it's costly.
