Review Subway - Woodbridge

the young lady behind the counter was not friendly at all. But more importantly, while my sandwich was toasting, she cashed me out while wearing her gloves and then was about to touch my sandwich with the same dirty gloves and luckily i stopped her. Very dirty. Owners need to teach their staff about food hygiene!

Such pathetic service provide by 9600 Islington avenue outlet of subway. I ordered for chicken and bacon subway and all they gav was evrything in the sandwich except for the chicken and bacon. And also I could count the spinach they put inside the sandwich.. just 2.. this is what I get for what I order and they ask for tips during payment.

This place needs to hire more than one employee…it’s called fast food for a reason…you shouldn’t have to wait 1/2 hour to get a sandwich every time. Why are these franchises being handed to anyone who doesn’t know how to manage a business properly.

Staff very rude to my son. 3 slivers of onion on a 12 inch but overloaded with brown lettuce. High demand area. I hope manager reads reviews this was a better location, before.

Placed an order with the through a delivery service and there was an issue with the order with a missing item. An employee from the store came with the missing item on her own. As someone who use to work in customer service this was absolutely amazing customer service from this location and I will always go back to this location. Thank you again to the woman at this store for the help and delivery the item to my house on her own

Honestly the best service with such a wonderful staff. Great food. Great staff. Great service. No matter how busy it is.

The lady serving us was so rude! She was cutting back on the meat. For 6” sub it is two slices of turkey, I got a foot long and she only put 3 slices. When I asked her nicely she pretended she didn’t understand English. She charged us before making our subs and when I asked for avocado she said it’s extra! Why would she charge us before hand when we didn’t finish adding our toppings! Horrible place 0 customer service. Not coming back.

I order a subway and when I got home and I opened it it was burn I called to complaint and the employe is telling to me drive back I was no where close by to get a new sandwich while I told her I’m already home sever times. She refuse to give me the credit
