Review Tim Hortons - Woodbridge

The place was not clean paper from food on the tables and window ledges and the tables are not wiped down and toilets are disgusting. There was a lady there complaining and they just looked at her and the bathroom was still the same. With covid this place should be spotless. Everybody just stand behind counter and they don't move. This should be looked after. More should be done. Was scared to sit and have my coffee I had my own wipes and did the area where I was.

The customer service at this tim hortons is probably on of the worst. It makes me not even want to eat at the franchise tbh… cold food, long lines, wrong orders!! I’m literally ordering off the menu and they’re telling me to do something completely different lol I don’t get it at all. I’m willing to change my review when I go back because unfortunately it’s the closest one to me. I’m considering going an extra couple of KM.

Constantly out of plant based sausage for breakfast sandwiches. Don’t have something on the menu if you’re not going to bother making it. Second slowest location in the area.

Even though drive thru is all time busy they manage walk ins really good.

This place is disgusting especially the washrooms being shared with Wendy's have never been properly cleaned, are very rarely checked up on. The sinks and toilets look like from a third world country. Nasty

Tim Hortons as always being a Canadian early morning staple. Staff are efficient and polite. Order accuracy is good. Over all good location for an early morning breakfast dash

This tim Hortons is one of many horrible locations out there. You always waiting around 10 min in the drive-thru just for a drink and traffic is caused because of that. They use 1 intercom instead of both provided to then and that's why people use one side of the drive-thru, again causing traffic. I went inside to see the what the hold up is and yhe staff is just there standing around and I hate to say this about people but they are sloppy. They need to utilize the amount of staff they have. The 2 at drive thru should be able to make the drinks ordered, 2 making the food for inside and outside costumers and 2 at cash for inside. This is just my observation, because if you can't do a simple job like this at tim Hortons you are not ready for the real world. No disrespect to anyone but this is an on-going problem and I hope the owner reads this because me and many other people has had enough and this and many other locations.
