Review Mcdonald's - Woodbridge

I ordered thru the drive thru on a slow Sunday morning around 8:30. I asked for a mcgriddle with only cheese and egg - no meat. They gave me only two pieces of the buns with nothing in it. Should've checked before driving away. The whole experience was annoying. I asked for a few other items too but it did not go thru. 😕

This location has the devolved into a cesspool There is always one or two loitering mentally ill people hanging out randomly bothering patrons Floors are always filthy. Garbage overflowing. Dirty tables. Basically a location that prioritizes drive-thru and take-out Used to be a fun location for families when play area was open and staff could be bothered to use a mop

We had a nice experience… they’re open for in dinning but the play space for the little ones isn’t open.

I usually stop by here on my way to work to get a coffee and a breakfast sandwich. They are consistently polite and courteous. Can't say the same for some other people first thing in the morning lol. 10/10 attitude and very pleasant staff!

Usually great service, so thank you. But, was rather upset with my last purchase yesterday. This location could benefit from schooling their employees on how to NOT mess up an ICE cream. ORDERED: Regular size Oreo McFlurry with Caramel (Hot). The caramel should be placed on top of the ice cream, right? It makes sense, since that is where it goes on the sundae. BUT, noooooo ...whoever did my order, placed it at the bottom of the cup basically turning half of my MCFlurry into a milkshake; because ice cream is not suppose to be Frozen according to the individual... good going there! person I do not know! But putting this incident aside, good service always. Keep it up.

Went to order around midnight and was greeted with a rude manager and an employee who was being difficult. The employee ordered us to come up to the window and order and when we did the manager barged in and decided to treat us with an attitude because we didn't tell them the order at the speaker. We explained that her employee told us to come up to the window and she wouldn't listen and then slammed the window on us. She is the definition of a rude and undeserving manager. Never ordering from this dirt location again.

Normally,rarely give a review but I had to give this one. But this Mc Donald seems to always mess up your order and the saddest thing about it,if you tell them about it,the answer you get is well you didn't pay for it,so get back in line and pay for it,listen Miss Manager!!!!people time is money,you are the one mess up,where is your customers service skill,you just get push into the position without training,Open your listening skills and get the order correctly in the first place,your junior staff makes the mistake at the drive thru,you asked me to wait at #2 parking and you came out with the wrong order and you wants me to go back throught the drive thru again because you messes up so frustrating!!

This location is always filthy . Has gone downhill over the years . Tables are always dirty and sticky. No complaints about the food if I have to come here I get take out/drivethru but always check your order this location is notorious for missing items in orders
