Review Ital Vera Pizza - Woodbridge

We have been going to Ital Pizza for years and they never failed us! However, it’s been probably a year now that it’s not been the same. The dough is not cooked, very thin, and I’ve picked up someone else’s order! I’m not sure if it starts from when the order is taken, but someone is not listening. Please bring back the authentic pizza we used to have!!

Made by Italians and very traditional. This place has been there forever. My kids did not enjoy the pizza too much, though. You should consume it right away. It does not taste good the following morning.

It was the first time I tried and probably the last time. Got pizza which was made hours ago and they just heated up. Pizza is also not so tasty. If you are looking for Italian style pizza then this is not the right place.

Best pizza I have ever tasted. Friend showed me once, and I haven't stopped going back. Authentic Italian, thin crust, with tasty toppings, and amazing sauce. Tastes good cold and hot, plus amazing prices for what you get. Delicious. I hope this place never closes down!

Party size deal with three toppings and 2 litre pop is a fantastic deal at 25.50 +tx. The boys have been making excellent pizza for years and great service. One of my favorite spots for 🍕.

Hands down the worst pizza I've ever tried, especially surprised that its an italian pizza joint. The wings and wedges were sooooo bad, the worst i have ever tried from anywhere! Everyone i ordered for was super dissapointed (we threw out $60 of food), Im super suprised, this place used to be a winner. Nice people though.

Lacking quality. Try elsewhere. Ordered from here because we were staying in a hotel nearby and didn't want to order from a big chain pizza joint. Lady on the phone seemed pretty confused, slightly rude and obviously new, was surprised she didn't know where the Monte Carlo inn was as its a major hotel and within a few Kms. We ordered a large pepperoni and cheese along with a large Caesar salad. It took 45 minutes just as we were promised, delivery guy was very friendly. The pizza was overall pretty good though it was very dry(the dough absorbed pretty much all the sauce). Luckily we had dips so it wasn't the end of the world especially after a long wet day at Canada's wonderland. <br/><br/>When we opened up the Caesar salad I was shocked to see that the bacon bits were those red artificial bacon bits that come in a jar. I know bacon is not cheap but I'm sure everyone would prefer less bacon to fake bacon! Many places use premade Caesar dressing but this place really cheaped out, the dressing was lacking consistency and flavour, what a bummer.<br/> <br/>The large pepperoni, large Caesar salad,3 dips and delivery cost us just short of $30.00 which really isn't bad though you couldn't pay me to eat another one of this places salads.<br/> Summary: I'm sure there are many better pizza joints in the area.

WOW WILL NEVER DO THAT AGAIN. EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!. Walked into this place, because of all of the reviews. What I noticed right away:<br/>1) They took my money before I even got pizza<br/>2) Very busy, lady on the phone consistently and everyone trying to keep up.<br/>3) Each person that came in and called in advance had to wait between 5 and 15 minutes<br/>4) Those people seem irritated for the fact that they called in and still had to wait.<br/>5) My wait just kept getting longer. I watched over 20 people come and go and Im still the only one waiting<br/>6) I see two pizza's on top of the oven like the ones I ordered, but figured they were for delivery<br/>7) The female was very pleasant but busy on the phone.<br/>8) After a 45-50 minute wait and 20 minutes of the pizzas sitting there the guy who I believe to be the owner (based on other customers conversations) goes and grabs the 2 pizzas and comes over and hands them to me.<br/>9) my response? Are you kidding, those have been sitting there for 20 minutes. His response, oh no they haven't I just took them out. I watched when they took them out because there were the only 2 medium pizzas on top of the oven that sat there for that long. I gave the owner the opportunity to come clean. All he had to say was your right. Your absolutely right. We screwed up, I apologize. Nope he decided to take the the path of least resistance. The other route that is.<br/>10) he offered no apology and nothing else.<br/>11) My first time ever in this restaurant, based on reviews<br/>12) Get in the car, both pizzas are cold and dead cold when I get home.<br/>13) when I open them up 1 is missing 1 ingredient and the 2nd is missing 1 ingredient.. Unbelievable.<br/>14) My First and Last experience with Ital Verde Pizza<br/>15) I may look like a guy with a baseball cap on and sweat pants, but you should be careful with every customer. Im an avid person in the public eye.<br/>16) I hope the owner takes this information and learns from it.<br/>17) Management is the key, and its mismanaged. everyone is overworked and mistakes will happen. Too much work not enough people, and no accuracy<br/>18 Im just about fed up with the service in Vaughan, especially the Italian restaurants, but not only the food chain.<br/>19) A don't care attitude, sense of entitlement and poor service.<br/>20) Last but not least, thank God we have an avenue to share these experiences with today's social media. I realize how damaging some posters can be. Im a no holds barred person at this point. this kind of service has to come to an end.

There seems to be two entries for this pizza place on urbanspoon. <br/><br/>Ital Vera Pizza is to die for. The crust comes from a perfect dough preparation. I could taste a hint of sourdough (very little, very pleasant). It is hand tossed and prepared just in front of you.<br/><br/> <br/><br/>The owner (or possibly the pizza maker) was so generous; when I told him that I love fresh basil on my pizza, he immediately chopped up some fresh basil for me. This is not a deep-dish pizza, it is Woodbridge and Ital Pizza seems to be a favorite neighbourhood pizza place. <br/><br/>As I walked in, I saw all the freshly made pies intended for slice sale. I thought to myself who would just buy a slice in this suburban place. It was only a minute after a young man parked his bike and came in for a slice.<br/><br/>I drove all the way from North York to get to this place. I am not Italian but I know food and this place, it is authentic, unpretentious, modest and simply delish. It was well worth the drive from North York, I had great pizza fresh from the oven and I brought some home. Four adult had a pizza that I only paid $17

I think ital pizza is one of the best restaurant I have ever been to, it has the best and nicest service I have ever had! They are all so nice, their prices are amazing and they act like our friend! You will not regret it when you walk into ital pizza! -luca malfara

OMG I love this pizza way way better than Ricci's you just can't compare. There quality and taste like home feeling is amazing. I drive to this pizza place and I don't even live on Vaughan that's how good it is.... Two thumbs up amazing

LEGENDARY. Ive been going here since i was in highschool, hands down the best pizza in woodbridge weather its for lunch or a late night snack me and my friends go there all the time Rico or Danny are both generous and will serve you the hottest fresh slice of pizza that will satisfy your hunger. Chancellor and Fiore wouldnt be the same without Ital Pizza!

Good. Honestly in woodbridge you wood think there be good pizza well finally I found ital pizza it taste like home.

Great dough, great sauce, great pizza. Way better then the typical pizza chains.

Pizza tastes just like the one I ate in Italy. The slices are very generous and the price is very reasonable. You won't be disappointed.
