Review Harvey's - Woodbridge

Absolutely disgusting! I received a moldy hamburger bun on my child’s cheeseburger! Honestly I am so shocked! Attached is a picture of what I saw when I opened her burger. How can something that like this, that is so obvious to see, still be packaged especially knowing this is for a child’s meal? Clearly no quality control at this location. This is not acceptable.

Placed a pick up order that should have been ready by 4:38PM. Get there at 4:50PM and still not ready. The paper bag was on the counter with the order slip and list of toppings but nobody did anything. No apologies. I ask for my food and the girl is like, oh, ok. Store was not busy but was a mess. Had I known this store was such a mess, I would not have ordered. First time here and it is my last.

Food is nice, unfriendly , unwelcoming. Will Avoid this location.

Initially my experience of this drive-through was pretty disgusting. The dumpsters are right between the speaker where you order and the window where you pick up. So you better close your window will you drive past. If the air is blowing towards you, it is quite a disgusting smell. Once I reach the window, the girl was extremely polite and helpful. She even accidentally charged me extra for something and refunded it gladly. Now it’s time for me to eat is delicious Harvey’s food!

Terrible service, person taking orders did not really understand me. I wanted quarter chicken white with fries she told me it would take 15min unfortunately couldn't wait that long so I settled for a grilled chicken it ended up being dry over cooked. Don't think I'll be back.

Angus burger in on sale for $3.99 but they want $1 to add a slice of cheese. Burger tasted great without cheese. One word “Frings” haha. Harvey’s does have the best pickles!! The place is clean and never crowded. They also serve Swiss Chalet at this one with the restaurant attached. Harvey’s is a dying breed and it’s too bad. Extremely happy with this Harvey restaurant. COVID-19 protocol is taken very seriously, from the moment you go in and how food is prepared. Super delicious burgers.

I have tried to eat here twice and both times it’s either closed or derive through only. Don’t waste your time coming to this location

Put 2L of ketchup & mustard on my burger, cold hard fries and coke thats flat tastes like water. 2nd time here and 2nd time i have not been happy.
