A very well laid out restaurant with good atmosphere. Menu has a good variety of items on it that cater to Vietnamese and Thai cuisines.
All items we ordered didn't take much time to arrive at our table. Servers here know their menu items well and provide good recommendations to try based on our preferences and dietary needs.
Food and condiments are very fresh and tasted great.
This is probably the 1st restaurant I've been to where the cutlery is sanitized in boiled water to maintain sanitary conditions right before you start eating with them.
One of the best fried rice I’ve had in a very long time. Also the Pho is super delicious, warm, comforting with excellent service by the staff. I definitely recommend it to anyone who wants to have some great Pho in the city!
When I think of pho, I think of places exactly like Pho Viet Xpress. This a large clean dine-in restaurant in an industrial area plaza, that also serves consistent food takeout based on our experiences.
Our well-done beef rice noodle soup was on point with a typically flavourful pho broth, garnishes aplenty and a decent portion. The fresh shrimp roll with vermicelli was also packed with a good number of shrimps.
Recently, we ordered the same well-done beef rice noodle but also with tendon beef brisket. It was similarly tasty with additional texture from the soft tendon. Cambodia-style rice noodle soup by contrast had sweeter broth. Simple eats.
Very clean and sanitized restaurant, good portion and great service. The Hu Tieu Nam Vang is my recommendation if you want to try something else apart from Pho.
The food is ok, but the large pho is to small. I was surprised by the red pepper. It is extremely spicy. I had a small slice of it, and then my face turned to red and my lips were burning for 10mins.
I live in the area and never thought about going here to eat because of its name, express, but there is nothing express about their food. The restaurant is clean the staffs are nice. The other Pho restaurants in the area aren't good, trust me.
I had their Bun Bo Hue and it's delicious and spicy. You can ask for less spice if you can handle the heat.
I've had several items from the menu on separate visits. The shrimp satay app, veggie spring rolls, both very good. For the main, I usually get crispy noodles with tofu and veggies but this time around I got well done beef, ginger soup. Really yummy and great sized portion!
