Great experience overall, food was fresh and served hot. The server kept checking on us and made food/drink recommendations. Would've been a 5/5 if they had not charged incorrect price for a beverage. Will recommend and return.

Alf (written as ALP with crayon) was great. Very alert of everything. Food was great. I had chicken Parmesan, very soft and tender. Honey garlic wings were great. Busy for a Tuesday. Celebrated our son’s high school grad.

Our server Shelly did an amazing job. Even while she had a trainee with her, she was on point with everything. The service was outstanding and the food was delectable. The Fish Bowl and the Classic Hamburger were good too. I will definitely go back to Jack Astor's as it was my first time.

Took my daughter for lunch here, food was not the best but shes only 2. Cant really mess up pasta with cheese sauce. However this place is filthy. Dust all over the top of the booths. Nothing looks wiped down and clean. Floor looks like it hadn't been washed/mopped in weeks. Nasty peices of foam hanging above your head raining dust on your food while you eat. 🤢🤮. Absolute pile.

An excellent service by Marla and her assistant and very good quality food. I recommend this location JA. Love to see you again soon. Here we go 3 weeks later we picked same location to enjoy a family dinner and we were lucky to be served by ALP and GIANCARLO . In addition to excellent service by both we loved how ALP helped and trained Giancarlo to start his job.

My friend ordered a veggie burger and got a beef burger that she bit into.
She is a vegetarian.
The staff replaced it and paid for her meal.
Orderes do takeong.to come but the food from others looked great.
