Review Teriyaki Experience - Woodbridge

Just had a great experience via Teriyaki goodness! Thanks for the VERY clean and safe environment to order from. The ladies working were very personable, even behind the plexi and the masks! It's a new normal and this locale is doing an excellent job of it. Food was totally fresh and delicious! Thank you so much for making my covid stress levels lower with all you are doing! Recommend!

Ordered 2 meals, 6 Dumplings, 4 Tempura Shrimps and 2 Spring Rolls. It was a disappointing experience! My Husband got sick and it was probably because NONE of the shrimp in both of our dishes were cleaned (plus we paid for extra shrimp). I physically could not eat mine because it was so bad. The Chicken dumplings looked good, but when I bit into one, it was so hard my teeth couldn’t even sink into it (it was extremely HARD) The tempura shrimp are the size of half a pencil! Literally Skinny and over cooked. The only part of our meal that was good, was the spring roll. I’ll never be spending my money here again. I felt so bad because I usually enjoy Teriyaki, so I recommended that we order it last night. This location does not care about what they serve paying customers! Ordered Hot and Spicy chicken meal. The food didn’t even fill HALF the container. 90 % of the veggies were roughly cut onions (why?) . The worst Teriyaki experience I’ve ever had.

Fast service, friendly staff! I started to come to this Teriyaki location year ago cuz it’s close to my workplace. The food they made fresh in front of us, use fresh meat and vegetable. I often bought extra sauce on the side, I’m in love with their Teriyaki sauce. Yumm! I honestly don’t get any problem with extra cost for the sauce on the side that Teriyaki is doing, just like Popeyes, and all the other restaurants doing. One more thing, they do sell Teriyaki sauce in bottles with much cheaper than groceries stores.

Tasty chicken teriyaki, good size portion, fast and friendly service. Very clean location. Lots of free parking in the plaza parking lot. Handicapped parking spots near the entrance. Telman TorontoLocalGuide review

Very good food. Used to be in a bowl now comes in a box. But it works.

Worst experience I've ever had. I ordered noodles they gave me rice. Then the cook starts saying did you say noodles, after that the cashier came over and said you only ordered rice. I demanded a refund, the cook says how about i put noodles on the side for you. Which I replied no , then she picked out the chicken reheated that made noodles. After all that no apologizes or anything close. I will ever go too anyone of these locations. Poor service mixed with attitude thanks Teriyaki. Another lost customer.

If I could give this an negative rating I would. Worst place to eat! I went to this restaurant thinking it would be a healthier alternative in the area and boy did I regret it. I only had a few bites of the chicken teriyaki and the next day I was in the hospital. I had horrible food poisoning the next day which resulted in me being rushed to the hospital in an ambulance. The doctors said it must’ve been the chicken since that was all that was consumed the day prior. I will never be going back to this place, absolutely rancid. How could you mess up chicken and vegetables, it’s the most basic thing. I have told all my friends and family never to go here, I would rather eat crackers for dinner than experience that again.

Was on a rush and spotted Teriyaki at this location. ordered the shrimp and chicken noodles combo. i was incredibly surprised that it tasted so good. noodles and meat cooked rightly done. good size shrimp. i put enough teriyaki sauce and my meal was amazing. thumbs up for the cooker. forgot to get his name. maybe teriyaki owner should have the name tag for him.

Best One. Of all the Made in Japan locations, this one is the BEST one. There is one younger gentleman that works in the evenings that actually takes the care in preparing his foods and makes sure all his customers are taken care of. The portions are perfect and makes the other locations (especially in the shopping malls) not even worth going to. This is the location to check out!!!
