Review Ginza Sushi Restaurant - Woodbridge

Tried Spicy Salmon sushi from this restaurant on a whim for the first time today and quite liked it. The lady threw in 2 free veggie spring rolls (gobbled one down before taking the picture) and plum sauce with the order, so extra points for that! Friendly and quick service. Will definitely go back.

Overall the food is good- its average quality on most items. So far the items on the menu that ive ordered have been tasty; except the pan fried udon with broccoli and seafood- OH MY GOD HORRIBLE , I STRAIGHT UP THREW IT OUT. Bland and fishy (nasty fishiness) My daughter loves their sushi rice. My review is based on take out. On several occasions. The tatses are over all good though - id give them a 3.5 so far. The soft shell crab; amazing. The best so far and its not fishy ( although the 2nd time we ordered it wasnt as fleshy) The eel is also amazing and the handrolls.

The Salmon sashimi is fresh and big portion. My family loves it đź’—

Holy smokes, did not expect such large portions; definitely worth the price. Food was quite delicious too. I ordered on UberEats and everything was packed nicely and correctly. There’s a love of variety on the menu, so definitely something for everyone. Thank you!

I've been coming to this place for years, after my visit yesterday, I'm done. They have always been a little slow, missing orders, bad with filling water, but the food was good and I didn't mind. I walked in and was the ONLY PERSON there for dining in. I placed my orders and began waiting, everything from the "kitchen" showed up and was gone in 60 seconds. I then began watching the sushi bar rapid fire order and figured I'd be getting my food soon. Every order made for the next hour went to takeout orders. It got to the point I'm sure we have all been in, did they miss my order? do I order it again? what if both show up? After an hour, 1 out of my 6 rolls shows up, mangled, rushed and already falling apart. I asked for my bill and as I was paying, 2 out of 6 rolls showed up. I told them no, explained the situation to them, EMPHASIZED that I was the ONLY person sitting down to eat (2 couples showed up an hour after me) and this was ridiculous.

There are cheaper alternative all you can eat options than this. For the price, you can just go to Mandarin and have better food. Service is slow too, feels like they do it deliberately and want us to get out of the resto already.

Always excellent! May, the owner is the best and the food is to die for. We are never disappointed! High quality, best service, and family run. They treat their customers like gold!

Went there Friday April 22nd at around 8pm, we got seated right away. But, had to wait at least 5-7 minutes to get the menu. We had to call one of the workers who was working for the menu and all she said was “I didn’t know you guys were there”. We’ve waited for 5-7 minutes for someone to bring us a menu… and no one even acknowledged that we were seated. Also, $40 per person for all you can eat? Pretty expensive, you guys should really lower down the prices for all you can eat fridays-Sunday… lol
