Review Eastern Sense - Woodbridge

Great food ! My first time ordering and I will be ordering more often . Food was fresh and hot . Nice meat slices . Chicken was juicy, beef was tender . Family alll loved it

Was really impressed with this place. I’ve been in Woodbridge for 23 years and we usually go to choice of the orient for our go to Chinese food. Me and my coworkers decided to try eastern sense for the first time and it was really good. The lunch combos are great, I got the spicy chicken with vegetable stir fry and it had some serious flavour. Service was alright, nothing special but the food was really good.

First things first. Upon entry I was very pleased to see how fancy and nice this chinese restaurant is! I never seen a restaurant so well put together. Has an amazing smell as well. Second - the food came out fresh and tasted very good. Third- the servers and the hospitality was great. They were very respectful, helpful and always checked up on us in a timely manor. 10/10 highly recommend.

I have been eating here since I was 13 years old and it is still delicious as ever! Have had other Chinese food at other restaurants over the years but nothing has ever stacked up to this place! Had it again for the first time in years (moved out of the area) and it was just as delicious as it has alwayssss been. Try this spot, especially the spicy wings and kung pao shrimp! :)

Eastern Sense Chinese Restaurant offers traditional American style food with some unique Szechuan and Hunan offerings on the menu. The large dining room offers a good location for family occasions. Try the cuttle fish and spaghetti noodles special!

Very good place for take out, food tastes really good, large portions, order was filled very quickly. Also pay cash get a discount.

I have ordered several times for delivery no problem. Always $100.00 + Now all of the sudden they will not deliver. It sucks.

The food quality was good. The price is a bit on the higher side. The service is good but if you are going as a group you should give them heads up.

Spotless clean and quiet place. The Manu is big and the food is great. Never had a bad dish here. I really recomend the fish on rice wine sauce. Delicious.

I must admit I am totally a foodie. I miss dining in for some good chinese food ever since the lockdown happened. Takeout usually isnt always the same but I must say... this spot is different! Dining in or not, quality is still consistent! I got some take out the other day and it was still delicious!!!! The staff there are still so cheerful and friendly!! Certainly one of my go to place!

I have been dining at this restaurant for many years, consistently fresh and tasty dishes. My favourites are the hot&sour soup, beef with black mushroom and chinese broccoli, served with rice.

Absolutely love this place. They have a large seating area and its clean at all times. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. The restaurant itself looks average. Nothing special but its well maintained, immediately there is a sense of calm when you walk in so I guess that is the purpose of the interior design. Their food very good, and love their chicken wings! All in all, fantastic place.

More like 3.7 stars which is not meant to be a bad score. I quite like ordering from here as the food is always made with fresh ingredients and the flavours have always been good for the most part. Not impressed with the Cantonese Chow Mein at all. This review is updated since i have tried more dishes but with myself and a few coworkers we agree the food has been consistently enjoyable. One dish I have enjoyed so far has been the hofun noodle with black bean sauce and beef. The beef I had thought was going to be a cheap Chinese food court style beef was surprisingly satiafying after biting into it, They also allowed me to swap the peppers with bean sprouts as they are quite accommodating if you ask for changes. By far the Lobster Sauce is my favourite thing on the menu and is quite savory. I have enjoyed this dish with rice and chicken instead of shrimp many times with great satisfaction mind you the only but important downside is the price. Its a bit expensive but being one of the few Chinese restaurants in the area I understand. You can get 10% off of your min $25 order and pay cash. They will also deliver for free if you're in the area and purchase min $30 I think.
