Great service, delicious food! Love the lamp-shank, it’s in their special menu. My boyfriend loves the steak. Will come back again.

We were celebrating our 1st Anniversary and decided to try Zizi Trattoria . So glad we did!! There are alot of restaurants that say they are Italian Cuisine, however Zizi Trattoria is the Best Italian restaurant around for sure. Service was amazing. Promptly attended to by Roberto, who was so pleasant, professional and really knows how to make your experience here a memorable one. Takes the time making sure everything was perfect. In fact , all the staff worked together to make sure customers are being tended to in a timely manner. Even the owner is on the floor. Visable. Engaging. And helping out. The food is absolutely delicious, served hot, not waiting a long time for meals to come out of the kitchen. Good size portions. Fresh ingredients and cooked to perfection. Great bar staff. So friendly and outgoing. Variety of brands. Make great drinks. This restaurant is deserving of more than a 5 star rating, more like a 10* ..anyone who tries this resturant, certainly wont be disappointed!! 100% recommended.

First time visiting, not a huge menu, but all your traditional Italian faves. I started w grilled calamari, prepared well, nice size portion and tasty. Had the veal chop special topped w mushrooms, nice size again and delicious! Great service staff very attentive, and price, very reasonable! I'll definitely be back soon.

A popular neighbourhood spot for Italian food. Be warned that it can get super busy. We made a reservation for 7pm on a Friday evening, and when we got there it was super packed and we had to wait an extra half hour for our table. We did eventually get seated and the food came out promptly, but it is not recommended if you are time sensitive. The portions are also very generous so if you are with lighter eaters order a few plates and share. We were quite happy with the food --- the only negative is the wait for our table.

Went for a birthday dinner. There was about 15 of us. Food was incredible! The restaurant is simple, clean and beautiful. Good for smaller events. Our server was so knowledgeable and friendly. Portions were fantastic! Will definitely be back! Get the calamari you won't be disappointed!!

I got this reservation in the last minute. They told me it was a patio. But when I reached there, they offered us a table. Loved it 😍 Food was really great. We had veal chop and pasta. Both were fresh and yummy. Veal chop was slightly expensive $36. Since it was a special, it wasn't on menu as well. Great atmosphere for a date, couple dinner or something like that. I rarely go to the Vaughan area, so when I had time to kill and an empty tummy, I checked Open Table and Yelp which lead me to Zizi Trattoria. This classy place was decorated with high windows, flowing curtains, leather seats, white table cloths and racks of Italian wine everywhere. Needless to say, I was underdressed.

We went to Zizi for my husband's birthday for the first time. It was a group of 6 people. Because I read good reviews about this place I was expecting the best Italian food. Well, the food was not the best I had. Out of 8 dishes half was great and half was just ok.<br/><br/>Service was nice, but I had to wait for water a few times. I didn't feel that we were checked on regularly. I ordered icecream for dessert, it was delicious, but it could be presented to much better. I think I do a better job at home serving icecream to my family. Overall I have seen a better Italian place.

Nothing good to say.. I was always taught if you have nothing nice to say...say it anyway. <br/>Had a reservation here on a Saturday night and still had to wait for a table. <br/>Waiters took a good 10 minutes to approach our table and there was not a wine list on the table. We placed our order and shortly after our caprese salad came. Well, what was supposed to be. Instead it was just a mixed greens salad. So we told them we ordered the caprese instead and as we were doing so, we saw a white garbage bag handle in the salad. We pointed it out to the girl and she said "oh I'll take that off". Umm, how about dump it out? Completely turned off at this point. <br/>I ordered a pizza and my friend the pasta. Pizza was disgusting. It is definitely a frozen pizza and I feel bad for saying that because frozen pizza tastes better. They just throw fresh arugula on top to make it seem fresh. Pasta was mediocre. Nothing to write home about. Nobody approached us to ask if we wanted more wine or water and we were basically parched throughout the meal. Didn't even bother with dessert because we didn't want to find out what might come out of that kitchen. And I'm sure the frequent customers love this place and feel very comfortable going here. So comfortable in fact that the lady dining next to us began clipping her nails at the table. Talk about classy. Will never return.

Exquisite dining experience!. Had gone there through a recommendation of a friend, and what a recommendation it was! <br/><br/>Everything from the decor to the staff made me feel at home. <br/><br/>Service was impeccable. The server had an extensive knowledge of the wine list and helped us pick a beautiful Amarone to go with our meal. <br/><br/>Highly recommend the antipasto starter with the seafood (best calamari fritti I've had in a very long time). For the main I had Gnocchi with seafood which was not on menu but made to perfection; my husband had a swordfish steak which was also not on the menu and is to die for. <br/><br/>Will definitely be going back when in the mood for authentic italian cuisine.

Fantastic. I been to Zizi several times now. It is always consistent with friendly servers. I always love trying their chef specials.<br/>My boyfriend really enjoyed the oven roasted lamb shank during our last visit. Their house wine is very tasty, but not sure what they use.

Favourite Italian Spot. I usually don't write reviews, but this restaurant deserves my praise. My favourite Italian spot to entertain friends and families. Had my wife's birthday party last week and was treated with fantastic food and service. My guests are still talking about the great time they had at Zizi.

Great Job!. Visited Zizi with my family recently. It was a great treat for us and enjoyable evening. My fillet Mignon was fantastic and the staff was great to us. We will be back for sure!

Just ok. Our food was just ok. Nothing bad at all, but nothing stood out. Fish was ok, pasta was ok, veggies ok. I prefer other places in woodbridge.

Heavy, but flavorful Italian pasta. Tried Zizi a little while ago, pastas were on the heavy and salty side, but were very flavorful and tasty. Service was great and overall, I would recommend it.

Fantastic!. My meal was perfect from start to finish.The fried calamari was the best I ever had and the Veal Chop was exceptional. Great service and very freindly and helpfull staff. Will be back for sure.

A+ for service. Food was flavorful and well presented and our waiter was great. He was extremely patient with someone at my table that was acting very difficult. He kept us laughing whenever he was around.
