Review That's Italian Ristorante - Woodbridge

We drove from Mississauga to go to this restaurant and were not disappointed. The pasta is tasty. We absolutely loved the arancini appetizer as well. Just one small thing to note is that we shared one dessert and noticed after we had already paid / reached home that we were charged for two. We understand mistakes can happen tho and we will be sure to double check the bill next time. Thank you very much for not discriminating and we will be back to support this business over and over. 🤍🤍

My husband and I drove out of our way to come here and we were so impressed! We ordered the bruschetta and calamari as appetizers, and the papa delle di Bosco pasta and the veal as our mains, and a side of fries. The food was absolutely delicious! Mary was a delightful waiter and we had a great chat with Joe. Thank you for not discriminating. We will be back!

O-M-G! How do I even begin to describe this place … It is unreal! The food was absolutely amazing! The staff are amazing! The space itself is amazing! I went there yesterday to celebrate my birthday, and let me tell you, this will be my go to for real Italian food. 10/10 on everything! Highly recommend :)

What an amazing restaurant! What an amazing staff (Angie wins the award for Best Waitress in 2021 in the entire Woodbridge) & most importantly, what an amazing food! Ordered the papa delle dibosco pasta & Cacciatore pizza. It was to die for! Thank you for your service, thank you for not discriminating & thank you for respecting my God given rights!

Worst Italian/ pasta place I’ve ever had. I ordered the family bolognese penne tray and a piece of lasagna. To begin with the site advertised different prices then when calling in. I was super excited to try the pasta since the reviews were all pretty good but I literally don’t have one good thing to say about any of the food. It costed $70 and I was expecting some sort of quality but I could have literally done a better job buying michideans and warming it up in the microwave for less then $5. The pasta is completely completely dry.. the sauce extremely dry. Since it was the bolognese I was expecting a nice meaty sauce but there’s barely any meat. Same thing with the lasanga little to 0 meat, super dry and it just tasted super bland. So disappointed I’ve literally had a better expirence at a gas station pit spot called buongiorno in Brampton for the fraction of the price. DO NOT WASTE UR TIME AND ESPECIALLY UR MONEY HERE. STAY AWAY

This used to be one of my favourite hidden gems in Woodbridge but after a recent visit we found the food and service was subpar. We could tell the servers were new and after asking the same question to multiple servers about what their bar rail gin was, we never got an answer. We were delivered an extra appetizer to our table which we thought the server mistook that we ordered as we had discussed it while she was taking our order. Once it arrived at the table, we didn’t want to ask her to take it off the bill since it was already made, but instead, we were berated by another server about why we didn’t tell them we received the extra dish. After our mains were finished, we waited almost half an hour before we could flag someone down to get our bill. It’s a shame as there was always a family vibe the few times we had visited in the past, hence why we loved coming here. As our first visit post-pandemic it has completely changed. Down to the quality of the food.

First of all I wish I could give this restaurant 6 stars because that's what I feel they deserve. They were super busy and service is not fast, but the staff are friendly and patient and makes up for it. The food is amazing, from the lasagna to the veal picata to the pizza and chicken parmigiana. Never saw so many happy people in 2 years, feels like 1999.... Thank you everybody over at That's Italian!!!

Went to this place last week- it was delicious! The actual place was super comfortable & the service was great. Will definitely be coming back!

2016/10/22<br/>Somehow we ended up in Vaughan on Saturday evening, and after a brief search on Zomato, we found That's Italian. It's a medium size restaurant that was much less than half full when we got there, but completely full when we were halfway through our dinner. <br/><br/>We started out by sharing a Caesar Salad. Nice touch to serve it with tongs, making it easier to divide the salad. The salad itself was good, with just the right amount of dressing (unlike a place a week or two ago that went pretty heavy on the dressing). <br/><br/>SWMBO opted for the Chicken Parmigiana. This was served with three thin chicken cutlets, instead of one ticker piece that most other restaurants serve. Nice tangy tomato sauce, but she thought the chicken was perhaps too thin, and some of the bites were more breading than chicken. <br/><br/>I had the Quattro Stagione and the server said that was very popular that evening. Lots of good toppings: prosciutto, mushrooms, artichokes. However I think it was a bit light on cheese. Also, the crust was a bit too dry and crispy for my liking. <br/><br/>Service was excellent and was based on a team approach.

These guys know how to make pizza for real - Calabrese style - check it out you will love it. One of the owners formers in Little Italy's Regina's for 40 years.

I would like to start off by saying the online app for ordering takeout and getting the food delivered is great. It's fast, easy to use and accurate. <br/><br/>We ordered an appetizer which consisted of the muscles in a red white wine sauce. Muscles were fantastic: cooked just right, flavourful and most importantly we were not cheated with the quantity. There was a lot of muscles and NOT A SINGLE EMPTY SHELL. I definitely did not feel cheated. <br/><br/>We had two orders: one for fettuccini Alfredo and one for rigatoni with grilled chicken and zucchini. <br/><br/>I wish my Alfredo had more sauce and more of a sharp taste from the cheese but it was sort of bland. However the texture of the sauce was right and not runny. The pasta was a bit dry from the lack of sauce. I give my dish a 3.5. <br/><br/>The rigatoni with chicken and zucchini was good. Nice smokey flavours, pasta was cooked well and for some reason had more sauce. Lol Anyways I would go back. Next time I would like to try the food eating at the restaurant. I was planning to try the seafood pasta.

Can't say I didn't like but....... I don't plan on returning. Food was ok, service was good, but I want yummy not just ok.

Wait staff could be nicer!. The food is fabulous!! But the wait staff need to friendly and a little more informative!! We went last night and I wasn't even finished my meal and it was taken away before I was done!! She was really not very pleasant with us!! We left at 10% tip!! MAYBE SHE'LL TAKE THE HINT!!!

Won't be disappointed!. Food is exceptional here. The service is extremely friendly. Have introduced a lot of friends and family to this restaurant, and they all have had a positive experience here. The food portions are a good size and their prices are reasonable. Highly recommend the polenta fries, they are delicious!

Finally, fresh, fast and great delivery in Woodbridge. I ordered take out from this restaurant after dining in with them last week, it was delicious. I did not even know they offered take out and/or delivery!!!! The food came fresh and warm and my kids loved every last bite!<br/><br/> Ironically enough I was looking for a catering company to provide food for my sons birthday and turns out, they cater in large quantities! <br/><br/>The staff is very knowlegable and helpful and i am so excited to see the reaction on my guests faces once they try their delicious food!!!! <br/><br/>I highly recommend this restaurant -- dine in or take out!

Where to start... Pizza was amazing. Appetizers were amazing. Cheesecake factory cheesecake was ammmaaazing!!! Everything was #@*!ing AWESOME! The service is quick, efficient, staff is very polite and energetic. I will be a reoccuring customer after my first visit that's for darn sure!

Great Spot!. My family and I have been eating at this local restaurant for the past year and we love it! The pizzas are amazing. I always stick to The spicy Diavola with double pancetta. Im drooling just thinking about it right now. Their calamari appetizer is also one of the best ive ever had. I highly recommend this place to anyone in the area.

AMAZING!!. My girlfriends & i found these place by accident. But we are estastic we did!. Not only were we welcomed with smiles, friendly staff and a wonderful aroma of the delicious food, the menu had has drooling the moment we opened it. Everything a hungry customer could want and more. From calamri, to a variety of delicious pizzas, as well as ghnocci, and polenta fries. hmm!!! Also the choclate banana tartufo is a must try you will most certaintly not be disapointed!!:) We will forsure be aranging our next girls night at That's Italian Ristorante.

Haven't had a bad meal yet!. Many Italian restaurants in Woodbridge, but I consider this one among the best. My family and I have had many different items from the menu (from pizza to lamb) and cannot make a single complaint. Large portions and reasonable prices. A must try when looking for a good italian meal in Woodbridge.

Great Birthday. I celebrated in the private party room with all my friends and family and not only did everyone love the food at That's Italian but the service as well. The pizzas are to die for and the Agnolotti Ripieni (goat cheese stuffed pasta in pesto cream with grilled chicken and sundried tomatoes) are DELICIOUS. I couldnt have had a better birthday experience.

Fantastic service and excellent food. That's to this urbanspoon app and past reviews on this restaurant . I enjoyed my food and my custom pizza was perfect. Angela who was my server was awesome. This one women took care of 8 tables at that time I was there. She deserves a nice tip for excellent service. Great service as everyone knows is just important then the quality of the food. I will come back many more times. That's for sure!!!

Love That's Italian!. I recently threw a surprise birthday party for my husband at That's Italian downstairs in their private room. What a hit! The staff were very friendly and helpful in setting up the party and my husband was very surprised. We received so many compliments on the food and our guests said that they would definitely come again on their own. <br/>Thanks to Joe, Michela, Angie and Mary for making this party a memorable one!

Great food for great price. This restaurant is great! My friends organized my baby shower there and everyone loved it. The food was very good, the staff extremely pleasant and the service was excellent. We also went after for dinner some friends and I and still service, staffs and food was great. Also the price are very reasonable for the quality of food.<br/>I would recommend this restaurant for any lunch or dining experience to my friends or associates.

Recently ordered from this restaurant for a work lunch. I would definitely recommend them. When I called to place the order they were very friendly and helpful for suggestions. Tried a lot of their pizzas and they were all good. But the favourite was the arancini which is a rice ball appetizer. I think a great place for catering with their service, quality of food, and reasonable pricing.
