They have a medium menu selection ,they do close at random times and cigarettes are barely in stock but if your in the area and are hungry give em a call try em out not going to say food is good or bad because honestly hank may think different the Phil if that makes sense but I myself enjoy items on their menu ,as well with the slices and can of pop

ordered my food at 4. They said it would be ready in 25 minutes. Get there at 4:26 to pickup and order is not ready. Buddy at the counter said it would just be a minute so I decided to pay for the order. I noticed the price was higher then usual and he said that he put a large pizza in when I ordered a medium. That’s whatever I’ll just pay for it and get more pizza, it won’t go to waste. It’s now 4:45 pizza is done cooking but I’m still waiting for my plater. He says just another minute. I wait and notice that they haven’t even started cooking it. At 5 I finally get my food. Get home pizza is cold and plater has hair in it. Highly recommend staying away from ordering from this place!

The delivery food was so terrible and burnt for the first time in my life I had to call and complain. The person on the phone was nice and understanding and even against our wishes told us to come in and have it replaced. Reluctantly my boyfriend and I went and when he arrived they were hostile and refused to replace the food after offering to and making us drive all the way there. Food is still inedible and now cold. Would definitely not recommend under any circumstances. You should literally try anywhere else before this place.

I had placed an online order for 2 cheeseburgers for delivery. The total came to $24, and with a 15% tip the total came to over $27. After I had paid and the delivery guy left, I opened the bag to discover only 1 burger and not 2 like I had ordered and paid for. I called pizzaholic to tell them what happened, and the lady who answered the phone literally hung up on me. I tried calling back about 12 TIMES before another lady answered that was different than the first lady I spoke to who hung up on me. After telling this lady what had happened and being placed on a brief hold, she told me that they would make another burger and have it be sent to my place. As a paying customer and someone who has given my money to this business on copious occasions, this is 100% unacceptable. Why a food service worker would hang up on a paying customer is beyond me. Horrid customer service. I highly doubt I will be ordering from this establishment in the future. I hope if this happens to anyone else who orders from here that they will at least reimburse them for half of the paid cost, or, at the very least, give back whatever was tipped, because I sure as hell wouldn’t have tipped 15% to them had I had known this was going to happen.

The Pizza was cheap and convenient! Now the prices are going up! Customer service leaves a lot to be desired! Wait an extra half hour for pickup at the restaurant multiple times past when it was said to be ready! Also pizza used to be good taste reminds me of rubber now!

Called and ordered a pizza and 2 cheeseburgers at 8:17pm. Delivery said it would be 20 minutes. After waiting an hour, delivery did not come. Got a call from pizzaholic at 9:19. Called back a few minutes later as I missed the call and the lady said to me (very rudely) that she tried calling me “a bunch of times” (only had one missed call from her an hour after I placed an order) regarding something to do with the pizza I ordered and that I wouldn’t be getting my order because the kitchen closes at 9:30, even though I ordered at 8:17...? How does that even make sense? My boyfriend had an issue with this lady before being not friendly on the phone. This is extremely poor customer service. If you have employees literally lying to customers on the phone when there’s an email copy of my order history and my call history, then maybe it’s time to re-evaluate who you have working for/representing your business. Don’t think I’ll be ordering again; I’ve had too many issues with this place in the past to even bother and I would rather not give my hard-earned money to people who are going to be rude to me and make up lies.

I used to really love this place. I would order here almost every time I felt like delivery. I was extremely disappointed with my last delivery order, though, and I will not likely be ordering from here again. The burger was cold, undercooked, and falling apart, and the poutine was swimming in gravy even though I had requested light gravy. What was possibly the worst part, was that the person who delivered my order was wearing neither a mask nor gloves during a pandemic. I am deeply disappointed in everything that I experienced. Will definitely not be returning anymore of my business.

Service wasn't to bad a year ago. Food quality is usually poor. And the service and food quality tonight was very unacceptable. I ordered regularly and not can confidently say they have lost my business 100%
