Good customer service. But, they really need to clean up…especially the bathroom. For some reason, there were not enough baked items available in the show case when we were there.
The product is fine, but this Tim’s is not clean. The outside area around the front entrance is always filthy, The big display for ordering, the top of the machines by the cash, bathrooms are very unclean.
Not the place if you want what you ordered or if you expect them to actually have their menu items. Usually always out of whatever I ordered and don’t tell me until after I pay …. Every time. Very few seats. Traffic flow is confusing. They always seem annoyed with you.
Always a great place to get great coffee at a slow rate
Thinking of Dunkin Donuts on steroids. They are all over the province served up with a smile!

Went in for breakfast it wasn’t busy at all, they struggled with the order, put the wrap in upside down, hardly grilled it, there was only food in half the wrap, wouldn’t recommend
I been there today I had laptop with me and want to sit there for a while but after seeing the place I went back , this place is not clean, I urge management please take care of this place, people wants to come.
