My eldest son has a very serious egg allergy and he has to very careful whenever he buys products. My two sons went to Godiva for Easter presents and explained the problem to Josie Hunter. Ms Hunter was absolutely excellent,she researched all the products the boys wanted to purchase
She was very thorough taking 20 minutes to be sure nothing contained any trace of egg products. Then as they paid for their purchases she told them in the future, if they found a candy in the catalog or on line, to email her and she would research it and reply by email. I have not heard of this level of customer care in a very long time, we will being purchasing our chocolate confections from this store exclusively. Jack Martin

I was looking for a special gift for Valentine's Day and the staff took the time to help me select a beautifully filled Satin Heart. The staff is always very welcoming and friendly. Beautiful looking strawberries. Delicious.

I have been given the very best service possible by the manager of Godiva Chocolates at Polo Park,Winnipeg.She was able to arrange a last minute delivery of a delicious box of chocolates to my Mom for Mother's Day. I will definitely be their customer from now on. I live in New Zealand and she made my purchase so easy.

Well, for my birthday my husband bought a Limited Edition tin with 36 chocolates for $75. I am nothing less than disappointed. In the tin there are only 12 varieties of chocolates in the box and same on each flat. And only 3 flavours that I consider top flavours. When I think there was a box of 36 chocolates all different for $55, I would have had a better variety of what I call Godiva top quality. So folks don't ever buy the Limited Edition Tins they are a ripe off!!!!
