Our server Robin was so friendly! She did such a great job and made this such a great experience. Would definitely recommend!!

Pub food is always a standout. They have the best calamari in the city. When fresh, the jalapeno cheese fries are superb. I also love the dipping sauce it comes with. I had an opportunity to try the bacon mushroom burger and it was seasoned very well. Our server was awesome! You can't get any better than having lunch at one of the best patios in the city.
Went there for dinner with a friend . Ordered the falafel burger with yam fries which tasted superb .
They had good young crowd with pool table and patio .

Great Coffee and the staff are so friendly and nice ! Been going their since I was a kid. Definitely needs to be renovated, it is getting a little dirty and old.
Pleasantly Surprised. We stopped by to make use of the patio and decided to order food and coffees. They accommodated our request for a different coffee drink and the club sandwich was really good! I also enjoyed the fries with mozza and pepperocini and my fellow dinner had a salad that was immense and full of great ingredients (i.e. lots of olives and feta). Despite the fact that I had long outgrown any interest in hanging out at Bar I, our comfortable lunch on the patio was really enjoyable and we will definitely go back in the day time soon.
The one and only Bar Italia. We were very pleased as always with the quality of service this Winnipeg hotspot provides. AMAZING drink selection. Great location (best patio in the city) and friendly staff!
Awesome lattes, best in Wpg, no question. Great place to study and have lunch. We had the calamari, perfectly fried, not overcooked like most places. It was lightly breaded and seasoned, delicious! I had the tandoori burrito and my friend had the Bar I bacon burger, both had fries....I chose cheddar and peppers and my friend had the pesto and feta...super good, wicked! Great hang out, great staff!!

Great Finger Food, terrible service!. I've always loved Bar Italia for its amazingly tasty finger food. They've got possibly the best calamari in the city, served up with wonderful aioli, and enjoyable chicken fingers and fries, always served with a large enough portion of fries to share. They've also got a good variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drink options and a good patio for the summer months.
The service on the other hand... every time I visit, I feel like I have to basically fight for any service at all.
So loud. I knew it would be loud but wow... I had a good time anyways I like that they had mini games in the corner (pinball and some kind of sex game) The calamari here is delicious
