I've only been here one time so don't necessarily go off what I say, but my pizza was cross contaminated with other toppings. Worst was it had been under cooked somehow, I literally had to toss it in my oven to crisp it up.
Again though this was one time and also in the evening, I don't know if that makes a difference or not. But I still think it deserves 4 stars as I don't think this would happen again.

Staff at this location are friendly. The pizza is usually ready to go on arrival and, if not, is made ready very quickly.
The pizza itself is decent. Excellent for the price they charge.
If you want pizza and are in a rush, you can't go wrong.
