Ordered for carry out. The sushi was perfectly fresh, ready made exactly when they said it would be. And the pricing is super reasonable. Would recommend.
It was my first time coming here today. I would say my experience was pretty fair. I ordered the Sashimi bento box and to my surprise it was only 14.99 for a bento box thay had 6 pieces of Sashimi, a roll, about 5 pieces of tempura and salad. Great affordable meal but the sushi wasn't the best it wasn't bad either. But the tempura and sashimi was great. Would definitely come back.
Fantastic sushi at great prices. Service was on point, and it's in a good location with lots of parking. They have a fabulous lunch special too! Love this place.
Honestly, I've tried many many many sushi restaurants...but no one can beat SUSHI PARK! Their sushi are so delicious and very affordable! I recommend the Sushi Pizza,doesn't matter which one,just try it. Try the agedashi tofu as well.sooo good. Uggh. How I wish I still in Winnipeg.
Really good sushi for a great price. The service is usually very friendly in quick. I also enjoy how they have a coupon in the Show and Save which lots of places don't.
My boyfriend, his daughter and I went to sushi Park for dinner this evening. We had the Miso Soup which was very nice, the Shitake Rolls whick very good, and the absolutely fantastic Tempura Shrimp. This is a fave place for the other two but was my first time there. The atmosphere was quiet, but very clean and pleasant. The decor somewhat plain. The service was wonderful. I would go eat there again.
unexpectedly good! The restaurant was warm and cozy, and keep some privacy for each spot. I ordered 'roll bento (2 rolls+1 tempura+salad)' which costs 11.99. They offer bento menu all day. gosh... the size of rolls was so big... each roll comes with 6 pieces, I think it was way to good with the price. I selected 'creamy salmon roll', 'scallop roll' and 'yam tempura'. The yam tempura was a little bit greasy but it was okay. I was so impressed by the overall quality.( a bit of regret I didn't take any picture :| ) The amount of ingredient inside of the rolls were A LOT (a lot of scallop). Much more than other restaurants (usually teeny-tiny 6 pieces)...impressive. It is a bit far from where I live, but it was worth to drive there. I realized all of bento is 9.99 during lunch time, I would definitely come back.
I've been here for lunch on numerous occasions and have been impressed each time. I normally order the lunch bento with a California roll, Tempura shrimp, Edamme and spring rolls. Great food, wonderful service and nice atmosphere.
I use to HATE this place, but it appears to have changed ownership and is much improved. I still think the rolls are too large, but they are much tastier now. The wasabi and ginger is of a better quality and the tempura is very good even when picked up. The female owner is often the only wait staff and is very slow, but she is very nice. Good value for the price.

Great food!. Love this place. Food is always great. Service always with a smile. We go here about once a week. A few times we did have to wait quite a while for our food but that is not the norm.
Best place in Charleswood to get a bento box, available for take out too. Gyozas to die for. Come here now!!
Liked the lunch bento. I'm very happy that they have a vegetarian lunch bento and charge a cheaper price than the fish bento. The udon is very tasty, and the rolls to choose from are great too. The older waitress is adorable and cheerful, I've had trouble with one of the younger ones trying to understand me though, I couldnt explain to her what a pitcher was, when we wanted a pitcher of water because we were drinking it too fast to wait for re-fills.
Love this place. Eat here often with my girlfriends and my kids. Lunch is the best value for sushi out there, and the Tempura is the freshest and lightest I've had anywhere. Service is fantastic.

Sushi was good. Not amazing but I would go back. I did not try sashimi so I can't comment on that. Tempura was not very good, was not hot coming out. But that may have been due to the service. Oh the service. It was so bad. I believe there was one other table occupied when we arrived and maybe three tables by the time we left. So it was not busy. It took a very long time to get our drinks out. Then the sushi came out before the tempura, which I didn't ask specifically that it not be so, so I can't really complain. However we couldn't start eating our sushi for the ten minutes it took her to bring us our plates and soy sauce dishes. By that time the tempura arrived so all was well. After we got all of our food and the dishes, we never spoke to our waitress again. My beverages remained empty for the entire meal. We were there for well over an hour. We finally got up to pay at the till. She was standing there like a gas station attendant. So I know this is a rather negative review. I have listed this as an I like it place because I like to think that this is not the only waitress that works here and perhaps she will either learn quickly what brings her tips and what doesn't, or she will find other employment. The food however was tasty and for a reasonable price. So I will go back.
Worth the Drive. Here's the story.
Had the shop and save coupon book with only a week left to use any coupons from it. Picked one of the few sushi places and began our drive.
Now, we went into this expecting it to be near Grant Park Mall, however it is much closer to the west perimeter! It had better be good at this point after a long drive.
Well, simply put, the food is amazing, the decor is romantic and non-tacky, and the service was great. Out of every Sushi place in Winnipeg I've been to, this one definitely gives you the most bang for your buck and is easily my favourite. Prices are low, quality is high, and the stuffing to rice ratio leans heavily to the stuffing side.
Additionally, I have never been a fan of Sushi pizza but found their's to actually be good.
I go back quite regularly regardless of the long drive just because of how good it is. If you are looking for good sushi, look no further.
Great Value!. Standard sized rolls for half what many places charge. Clean, quiet and nice atmosphere. Try the Sushi pizza, thin Japanese onion bread with assorted sushi and two types of sauce, that alone is worth a try for those who are on the fence about eating bait :)
Fresh tasty sushi - well priced!. Sushi Park is my favorite Sushi restaurant in Winnipeg. It's a cute restaurant with a good amount of tables for seating and friendly service.
The sushi is amazing, always very fresh and super tasty! You're served nice big rolls / portions, and the prices can't be beat. Sushi rolls range from $3.29 to $11.99, most around the $4-$5 range.
If you haven't tried it, it's a must to go there!
