Calamari was soggy expected it to be crispy like other Chinese resto. Dissatisfied. Ginger beef mostly onions less ginger and beef, never again please improve your cooking..friendly owner but you need to improve your food.

These guys make the absolute best Fried Rice I have ever had, they also add a good amount of meat in the dish. Everything we have tried has been amazing. My boyfriend really enjoys their sweet and sour battered shrimp. I am over the moon with their Curry Beef Stew. We both enjoy their Ginger Beef. We like the Lemon Chicken. My boyfriend's only complaint is that the Lemon sauce isn't already on the chicken. However, I prefer to dip the chicken. Every dish is plentiful and well worth the price.

Just tried this place for the first time; ordered some basics on Christmas eve 2020.
Chicken balls, honey garlic veal, chow mein and broccoli with garlic were all outstanding and delicious! Egg rolls were okay and a bit plain but still cooked properly and full of good stuff. The one dish that lacked a bit was the deluxe fried rice; it was loaded with lots of seafood and meat but wasn’t fried enough or have enough egg... just seemed like regular rice with a lot of extras.
Over all the meal was delicious and was delivered extremely fast and hot. We would definitely order from them again!

I got mainly bean sprouts and some slivers of green onion.
Like five and nothing else.
How difficult is it to add vegetables to a dish claiming vegetables.
One star is actually too generous.

I have been eating at New Asia since I was a wee Junior High student at General Wolfe. The food is very good and comes in huge portions. Chinese food is honestly the best bang for your buck if you want savory meals at affordable prices!

Recommended to order from here by a friend and I'm glad we did. After my last trip to good earth not being the best I've been looking for a new Chinese spot and this is it! Enjoyed the ginger beef, Kung pao chicken, beef chop suey and sweet and sour shrimp.

Our favorite Chinese food restaurant in the city. The Ginger Beef is fantastic - you can actually taste the ginger! The service is friendly, most people seem to order take out, but you can dine in. We recommend this restaurant to all our friends and family.

Best in the city. I've been enjoying New Asia for about 8 years now. It's always been my "Go to" for Asian food when I'm home. <br/>I would rant about it, but what can I say that hasn't been said? I love the food here. Love the Sweet and Sour Chicken balls, they are mostly meat instead of mostly batter like other places, the Fried rice comes with your choice of Meat, Chicken, BBQ pork or Beef. (BBQ pork is fantastic)<br/>I've never had a bad experience from here. The Honey Garlic Veal is delicious, and anything we're "experimented" with trying has always been flavourful and worth every cent.<br/>Highly recommended! Family run, and everything is fresh. Happy to support my favourite Asian cuisine shop!

Great Place for Late Night Dining. The service is attentive and the food is great. They do the standard north americal style dishes but they are well prepared and flavourful. Try the ginger beef or the spicy garlic chicken. They are open late and there is usually a table or two available.

Something's Changed Here.... I went here in mid-2012 and it was awesome. Then, went again this year and something's different. Weird taste on the fried rice dish. And, the oils for the tofu were definitely off-base, didn't feel too great afterwards... Maybe they changed their oils that they cook in..??? <br/><br/>Note to the owners: PLEASE Switch Your Cooking Oils Back to what they were... I'll try your place later this year, and I sure do hope you are back to the old great fresh oils /tastes. If the odd tastes are still there, I won't be back again.<br/><br/>Up-Date 2015: Tried it again as take-out at a friends place one evening. Yuk. Totally sucks. Must have new owners. Food was complete garbage.

Great take-out. Ordered New Asia take-out for the first time last weekend with the hubband. He tells me that the lady he spoke to on the phone was awesome. First off, we called late. If it isn't already great that they are open until the wee hours of the morning, it's even better that they can take your order with a smile. <br/>Orders over a certain dollar amount get free chicken fried rice, this observant employee noticed that we hadn't ordered any meat dishes & offered to make that egg fried rice instead-PERFECT!<br/><br/>We ordered almost all the tofu dishes-tofu with mixed greens, tofu with chinese mushroom & tofu in the spicy red sauce. We also ordered chow mein, egg foo young & the Thai style greens.<br/>We were really impressed with the quality of the food, portions, service & quick delivery. This place certainly has what it takes to be our new go-to chinese food menu.<br/><br/>One critisism, a total of 3 chinese mushrooms in the tofu/mushroom dish. I love those things... :(
