My friend and I are always on campus because we are architecture students and need to use the facilities in our building often. Degrees is one of our only options for on-campus satiating food to get us through long days. Last week we tried the pad Thai, to which we were very disappointed, it was essentially a pile of rice noodles and veggies doused in vinegar. However, as people who have both had experience in the restaurant industry, we decided not to let that one experience ruin our opinion on the food here. Today we went for lunch, and my friend's dipping sauce was covered in a thick layer of mold. I didn’t feel safe eating my mexi hash with lime crema on it after seeing her mold-ridden sauce. My friend was treated with disrespect when she told the workers she wanted a refund, and was instead given a voucher for a meal which she will not be using based on our experience. This place lacks both health and safety practises and basic customer service skills.

Sadly this is strike 5 for them. I am on campus and have used them well 5 times now through box n drops. they are great. However the restaurant has sent the drivers every time with missing items or incorrect items. this last time it took over 45 mins for the order to be accepted!! then another 25 mins to be delivered. Again I am on campus. 1.5 hours to get lunch is unacceptable. they need to let people know they are running late or short staffed, whatever. i would have chosen to order elsewhere for that time. but the order is billed INSTANTLY on my credit card yet takes 45 mins to be accepted by the restaurant. needless to say today was the last time we will be ordering from Degrees.

Eat here a lot because not a lot of places open late when studying. Breakfast is good if you get the breakfast price before 10am! But other than that all the other food is okay. I've ordered the giant poutine twice and both times it was served kind of cold?? Or like warm never hot. I'd avoid the pasta too tbh. Breakfast is the only reason I'd go here. Kind of like a sad version of Stella's.

The "rise and shine" breakfast has been a lifesaver for the last couple of years. For 5.5$ before 10:30am, this is hands down the best breakfast option on campus. Staffs are super friendly and food is amazing! The poutine is also recommended. They do serve liquors. During summer the patio experience is a bonus. Must visit while at UofM!

Don't know how this place has good ratings. Food usually has no flavor at all but the staff are nice enough

Coffee is great, food is healthy and the customer service is always wonderful. The only problem is that they are too good and are always busy !I have yet to have anything here that is not tasty. Whether you have the rise and shine breakfast special, muffins, salads or wraps....you simply can’t go wrong. I love how the front line staff get to know you and your orders and will have things going if they see you standing in line. When it’s nice outside head out to the patio to enjoy the heat and great view of campus. I highly recommend at any time of day.

Degrees really got me through my degree! Best london fog in the city hands down. I’ve probably tried about 80% of the menu and everything is outstanding. The desserts are all to die for. Prices are super reasonable too! I want to be back in university just so I can eat there everyday again.
