So excited Hildegard’s is finally open! I really appreciate the nod to such a beautiful saint in the name. Tried the ginger snap cookies, salted chocolate chip cookies, lemon tart, and focaccia and everything was A1! You haven’t had focaccia until you’ve had sourdough focaccia. The lemon tart was flaky and tender and soft and super fresh - I shared one but never again, I needed the whole thing! The raspberry on top took it from excellent to incredible. Can’t wait to come back and try pizza tea and more breads!!

One of my new favourite places. From bread to treats to pizza I’ve enjoyed everything, and I love the abundance of green with the plants and the moss wall feature. Even the air feels healthy!

Bought two different loaves of bread on Saturday, a 5 grain and an Asiago cheese. Great textures and flavors on both. Too bad the rating system only goes to 5 stars. I’ll be back!

Amazing delicious lovely experience. The bread is yummy, the staff are friendly, coffee strong, and food delicious. Note that they don't serve pizza's all day though so that was disappointing! I will be back to give that a try soon!

Absolutely beautiful ambience. Really good coffee. They have two gluten free display food options- Oatmeal bar and a chocolate brownie. Obviously went with the brownie. So good!😍 Their normal brownie is also delicious. When I put up a story tagging the place a friend said their pizza is also very good. Will go back to try that and update this then.

Really loved the Matcha latte and cinnamon bun. The cinnamon bun was sweet soft and savory. One of the best in the city

Awesome Pizza! We’ve ordered their pizza a couple times and were blown away. Their baked goods are really good too! They have really good coffee (espresso machine etc.) Order your pizza early because they sell out.

First time here, but will definitely be back!!! Great selection of in house baked goods: bread, muffins, bagels & more. Also has gluten-friendly & vegan goods, soups and pizza. They even have pizza for lunch Wednesday-Saturday and dinner Thursday- Saturday. Also has lots of seating, friendly staff and cute little store attached that sells local goods called Preserve.

One of my fabourite places/cafes in all of Winnipeg. The food is scrumptious, the pizza - made with sourdough bread is fantastic, and a vegan and meat soup each day.
