Extremely slow service, it seems like Tim Hortons is just another big company understaffing their stores in order to maximize profits.
I feel bad for the stuff that have to work here, chronically short-staffed and having to deal with upset customers who now have to wait a very long time to receive their order.
Tim Hortons should have no problem finding enough money to add additional staff members and improve the quality of service at this location

This location should stop hiring stoner 19 year olds who are too baked to know a muffin from a sandwich. Don’t smoke before work if it renders you incapable of handling a basic drive-thru position.
Guy didn’t tell me the total before I paid then somehow handed me half of my order and half of a different order and had to correct it. No wonder all the reviews are complaining about slow service — does this guy get anyone’s order right the first time?

This how much they are giving you at the restaurant now talk a cutting back. Not going back there again store has gone down hill and they charge me sauces i didnt ask for.

We just sat in the drive through for over 20 minutes for 2 donuts.. absolutely ridiculous slowest tims I’ve ever been too, always a bad experience when I come here.

I wouldn’t mind how slow it is if my order was prepared correct more than half the time. Also don’t trust them to put almond milk in a coffee, had allergic reactions too many times to risk it (dairy allergy). Food/pastries are always great however.
