The lobster roll was a bit different than menu description so I took one star off becuz of that. Other rolls were yummy and full of flavor.
I believe it is under new ownership. This was probably the best sushi I've had in Winnipeg. Will absolutely keep coming back!
Very tasty. Sashimi pieces were generous and very fresh. Gunkan were well- made. Roll was modified as requested. Everything was delicious! Sorry, no photo - ate it too fast 😋
The best roll in Winnipeg!! I guarantee it. Freindly staff and owner. Fully remodeled interior is gorgeous. They have special rolls which made by sushi man. It tates sooooo good 👍
They closed two weeks for renovation, just order pick yesterday when they open again. Food still amazing, service was very nice, good local restaurant on academy.
I had a craving for sushi.
Negitoro - it said kunkan (gunkan?) style on the menu but this is not gunkan. Negitoro = minced tuna with green onions. It was not!
Spicy tuna roll - no tuna just crumbs.
Miso soup - absolutely nothing in it. A few pieces of green onions, not even tofu or wakame.

Very fun place! Quiet and relaxing. I wish I had more pics to share of the sushi boat. They didn't turn out. The deep fried ice cream and banana was supreme!
Sushi was fantastic! JUST OPENED new restaurant and renovated!! Staff is very friendly and energetic. They even have REAL crab on rolls for a great price.
