I love boba tea from Let's subs. With so many flavours and options to choose from. The tofu subs is my favourite and it is budget friendly.

Great fresh subs at unbelievable prices! I tried the Le's special, great flavours. With a can drink and complimentary wonton soup the total was $4.80. Unbelievable!

This place is a bit of a hidden gem and is the best sandwich shop around. Nowhere else can you get a sandwich for under 5 bucks for this quality. I am a big fan of their banh mi and have definitely become a regular now.
Really enjoyed this place. First time coming here a few weeks ago. Reasonable prices and we enjoyed the food we ordered. Variety of summer rolls (rice paper rolls) - with chicken, or shrimp, or Pork. The peanut sauce was alright. The fried mini spring rolls were good. I also grabbed a mango bubble tea which was great. Nice cold refreshing smoothie like drink with tapioca pearls (bubbles) mmmm.

Once inside, inhale deeply. Spicy aroma's, Thai basil, limes. Spotless interior. Ordered chicken pho, shrimp rolls. HUGE bowl of pho, scrumptious broth,perfect noodles. Shrimp rolls were enormous and delicious. Next visit def trying the pork belly sub.
Got take out from here twice this week. Fast service. Clean restaurant. Convenient location. Reasonable prices. This will definitely be a regular stop.
Got the classic Bahn Mi for takeout... SO GOOD. Mmmm, cilantro. Highly recommend. Can't wait to try the avocado boba tea! So many options I can't wait to try.
Excellent subs! Every time I've been there they have been fresh and tasty! Good prices. The pho isn't the greatest but is ok. Their focus is mainly on subs. Would recommend Le's special for a quick and delicious lunch or snack!

I was saddened by the fact their old location burnt down, but after such a long period of time, my favorite banh mi place has finally reopened! It's situated in the old Quiznos on portage, which I think interestingly enough decreases the charm it once had as a sandwich shop.
The banh MI's are still delicious regardless of locations. I can't say the same for their won ton soup, which tasted greasy and full of MSG. I'm not against MSG as it is a way to get a lot of umami out of food. However, when heavy handedly used, it often ruins dishes.
Overall, my experience at le's has been positive. You can't really go wrong with the classic soup and sandwich combination that's under $10.
Like Bahń Mi? Then this is the best place West of the West End to find them. Delicious and inexpensive. Their Bubble tea is solid, but I haven't had a chance to try their bigger meals.

I heard through some friends at poker night that Le's sub was open again! After their location further east on Portage burned down, I have been looking for a place even remotely close to offering the fresh tastes of Le's sub with no success...
When I heard they opened a new location, I jumped at the opportunity to go and try it. Bottom line, they didn't disappoint at all. I only wish I didn't get breakfast with my co-workers so I could have had two sandwiches.
This restaurant is in the old Quiznos on Portage. They expanded their menu to include dishes like Pho (Beef noodle soup), Bun Bo Hue (Spicy mixed meat vermicelli), and Banh Can (Udon style noodle soup). My co-worker tried the Pho, and unfortunately other places make it better, but my sandwich was perfectly seasoned and super generous with their fillings. I also ordered a soursop bubble tea and it too was well made.
Considering the recent new additions of several banh mi shops around town, they really don't compare to this place. The others might have nicer decor, fancier dishes and maybe even fancier fillings. Le's Sub though, gives the best value and tastes the best.
Great price, great banh mi. Perfect spot for lunch, I'm looking forward to trying some of their soup and noodle dishes. Very friendly service with an obvious passion for their craft.

My daughter suggested we try out this place, they do a great vegetarian menu as well as dishes for carnivores. She is a regular patron and lives far away, but since we were running an errand in the neighbourhood we ordered pickup. We ordered lots since we wanted to try stuff out, and there was lots to eat and lots to eat the next day.
To say it was excellent is an understatement. Everything was prepared wonderfully, everything tasted great, and they waited till we arrived to put the final touches on some of the dishes so nothing sat around getting soggy or anything. Very well organized, very cheerful. Due to covid we don't eat out much, but there was seating for in person service there as well (Just a note, a large laundromat is in the same small mall, if you are doing your laundry this place is nicer to wait at then the Tim's across the parking lot)
They specialize in bubble tea, which is not really my thing, I consider it a slushy with chewy lumps in it, but many people rave about them. I did try my daughter's Pina Colada and it was OK, but I am just not into that kind of drink.
We got a wide selection and tried almost everything. There was a sub type sandwich and a couple of vegie dishes going home with my daughter to hubby so we didn't break into them.
I wish I knew the names and styles of the dishes better, I am not fluent in Thai cuisine but I can say they were great. There were some rice and meat dishes served warm, there were some meat and cold noodles dishes that you poured broth over before you ate them, several styles of Asian rolls some with meat. Some of them reminded ne of those little Philippine meat rolls - very tasty
All the take out dishes are watertight and compostable, even the cutlery can be tossed into the compost bin. We are inside their delivery radius I think so I would cheerfully order more suppers and lunches. There were salad based dishes that would make a very nice lunch on a hot day.
Such friendly staff, and a very cute place. The salad rolls were great with the peanut sauce and priced better than other places for what you get. The coffee coconut boba slush was delicious!! The fruity detox drink was also very refereshing. I will need to come back to try more food!

Sate beef, grill pork, and wonton soup. Amazingly friendly staff. Great service. Delicious banh mi. Crunchy bread. Fresh veggies. Tender meat. One of the best Vietnamese joints in town.

It's great to see a restaurant in Winnipeg making environmentally responsible choices by using biodegradable packaging, cutlery, and offering several vegan options. The vegan banh mi and chick pho were fantastic! I'll definitely be ordering from here again soon!
Holy heck this food is amazing! The first time I order from them we had Yen Kitchen three days in a row so we could try more things! Everything is so fresh and flavorful, They have special seasonal offerings so there's periodically new dishes to try. Absolutely love this restaurant!
