We just had our daughter's 6th birthday party at Menchie's. Vicky did an amazing job with the kids. There was never any down time, she kept them busy and had their attention the entire time. I had numerous complements on what a great idea Menchie's was for a party. I also had 4 people request information regarding a party! I highly recommend it! Great service, amazing mixologist hosting the party, fun gift bags and colour in tshirts for the kids and an awesome birthday gift for our daughter. I've never seen such a smile on her face! She had a blast! We will definitely be back for another party! Thank you again!
The staff are always super helpful and friendly. I ordered a custom cake there for my mom's birthday this week and it was a huge hit. I am so happy that this place opened in our neighbourhood! This is my favourite dessert destination!
On July 8 we went to this Menchies with my daughter per her request on her birthday. We arrived at 11am...not knowing the did not open until 12. The owner happened to be there and let us in anyway. When she found out it was our daughter's birthday she gave her a gift and some balloons. They went above and beyond to make my daughter's day special! Thank you to the owners for doing this for our family!
Not only the best yogurt ice cream in town. Staff treats you great and makes you feel at home. Love going here everytime.

You make your own sundae with all the toppings you want and pay by wait, very cool!!
The staff there was very friendly and helpful. He gave us tips and told us about his favourite flavours and they were great. I totally recommend it.
Today I went to get ice cream with my two little girls and all of the sudden a drunk guy came in to the store. He wasn't wearing a mask, I think he didn't really know were he was but he wondered all around the store. The employee, Clay, handled the situation really well, respectfully but keeping everyine safe. She was really awesome!!
There was another employee that came right away and and helped us keeping cool. Both really professional and friendly!

In terms of quality, this is the best frozen yogurt store that I've found so far.
They offer a good variety of toppings (candies, fruits, creams, and fudges), and frozen yogurt flavours.
Best place in city for best ice cream. The employees are very polite. It was my first time in the store and he explained me everything very well.
