I hate to leave a one star review. Food arrived in satisfactory time. Price was $47 for a chicken burger, small poutine, and large chicken quesadilla, and side salad. Side salad was forgotten. With these prices, quality is expected. The chicken burger was the honey dill chicken sandwich. Very dry, hard to chew. No flavour, soggy, It was simply awful. The poutine was enough for a toddler, not a full grown man. Salty. Just tasted poor. Chicken Quesadilla was satisfactory, but the side was forgotten. The value was just insulting. $50 for a chicken burger, fries, and a quesadilla. Simply gouging customers. A company must try to be acquiring return business. Please don't bother with the generic manager response apologizing, offering to make it better. I simply will never return to Boston Pizza. Go local, avoid this corporate slop. I feel ripped off. Recommend? I would suggest anyone who reads this review to order elsewhere. Boston pizza is garbage. Avoid it.

The service was great especially it being a full house with pandemic restrictions lifted. Got a margarita that wasn't good and the nachos were not as plentiful as usual. Our server was wonderful and they had no problem and were pleasant about taking the drink back at no charge. All in all we enjoyed the atmosphere and watching the Winnipeg Jets game on the big screens. Parking here is a nightmare with the small lot and one way in.

I would give them 5 stars for the food, but less for the service. When we arrived we were seated in an area where no server was yet assigned. After seeing another table getting their order taken and they came in after us I got up and asked to see a manager. After that everything went great! She took our order, brought our drinks and made up for our wait by giving us the most scrumptious brownie and icecream dessert! Of course I'll go back again! The chicken pecan salad is my favourite!

Really friendly staff and are quick to modify an order or fill your glass. The salad- meat combos are huge and are great after a day rollerblading or bicycling at the beach.

We ordered delivery. Mistakes can made on the order I understand. When the restaurant goes above and beyond to make it right, makes all the difference. We ordered a chicken Pecan salad and they forgot to send dressing with it. Not just this time but the last time we ordered it too. They hustled another one out to us within 30 min along with 2 dressings for the one missing it, and a discount coupon too. I wouldn't hesitate to order from them again. Mistakes can happen but they will correct it

The Nachos were very Good_but I did not care for the spinach dip I found it to be very salty. they offered to get me something else but I declined because I had already eaten too much.. the staff, service and the atmosphere was very good.

Boston Pizza at St Anne's and Bishop Grandin is simply the best! Took my grandson there for his 3rd birthday, and they made him feel so important by bringing him his ice cream with a candle in it and singing Happy Birthday to him The managers and the staff there always go out of their way to make him feel special every time we dine there. Good job BP!

Just got home from your establishment, you have the best waiter I’ve ever had the pleasure of being served by. Mark always had a smile on his face, joked around with us, and made us feel like we were visiting with an old friend. I made the comment to him “what ever they are paying you, it’s not enough.”
I will definitely be back, and hopefully Mark is working. Best Boston Pizza I’ve been to, thank you for a great night.

I will never go back to this location. Ordered 2 pizzas to go, I was told that they will be ready in 15-20mn and that they will call me. 45mn later I asked for my pizzas, the waitress just didn't care, I finally ended up with 2 cold pizzas and overcooked (the topping was burned)! He even didn't apologized. Next time I will stop at Santa Lucia on my way home instead of Boston Pizza.

Usually we love Boston pizza, but we ordered takeout tonight and it was awful. The pizzas were undercooked and had very sparse toppings. When you spend over $70 with tax on two large and one individual pizza you expect some standards. Very disappointing!

I've always had good service at this location. I am obsessed with BP cactus cuts, but the rest of the menu is nothing special. Love Fish Bowl Fridays! The thing I hate most about this location is the parking lot as it's always impossible to find a spot.

Everytime I come here the lounge staff are always friendly and easy to have a conversation with. They have a variety of beers on tap including some craft beer. Fun place to go and hang out for good specials, tasty food, and friendly servers!

Took Mom&Sister out for supper on Mother's Day to BP. My Mom has a love for BP calzones (specifically the Santa Fe Calzone) which despite no longer being on the menu they always accommodate & make it for her without any fuss! Good sign of great customer service! I also had a calzone (Spicy Italian) which was SO yummy! Love the side Spinach Salad as well with real bacon! YumYum! My sis had Boneless Hot Wings & Cheese Toast (said it was really good). Server was attentive & even brought us red roses (Mother's Day gift) which was a nice touch. BP is consistent & one of my family's favorite "go to" spots!

This restaurant isn't anything memorable. I am someone who enjoys eating out independently and I don't mind taking left overs home. I ordered a platter which can feed 3-5 people and when I ordered, the waitress felt the need to tell me that it was a lot of food, as though I didn't know. I don't appreciate comments like that so the food was fine, service was fine, overall experience was average.

Far too expensive. Over $40 for a Caesar salad and tiny medium pizza that was cold, skimpy and bland. The two of us are still hungry and feeling quite shortchanged.

If nothing else is open.... Decided to drop in for a later dinner about 9pm. We are not old folks, but the restaurant, which was about half full was very loud - might as well have sat in the lounge. Our service was good. I ordered an INDIVIDUAL 10 inch pizza, three toppings.... and asked for a thinner crust and a side caesar salad. Okay, the side caesar was .... hmmmm, decent, being it was made by a chain restaurant, but the croutons were right out of a box and tasted stale. My hubby had jambalaya which he asked be served with rice and not pasta, which they agreed to do (jambalaya is NOT served with, pasta...). He found three "pieces" of shrimp in the dish. Anyway just had to say that my mini individual pizza was twenty bucks plus tax of course. That really is ridiculous. The waitress called it a "speciality pizza" as I asked for thinner crust. WHAT ?? Will stick with Santa Ana.

Lovely gluten free vegan pizza. Had the Vegan Mediterranean pizza with gluten free crust. It was absolutely amazing. The crust was crunchy on the outside with a rustic italian finish,with the right consistency in the middle . The artichoke had a hint of olive oil, a little citrus I presume and a finish of garlic. The sun dried tomato was not salty and the spinach finished off the pizza, making a well balanced healthy, tasty and aesthetically pleasing sight to be behold/devour. After delivery and tip, it came up to $20

It's Boston Pizza.. what do you expect?. Yep.. It's Boston Pizza. Not much else to say really. The pizzas are the same as they are at any other Boston Pizza location to a calculated tee. What do you expect from a large chain restaurant?<br/><br/>Thai chicken bites, again identical to other locations, is always a favorite appetizer of mine.<br/><br/>The pizzas themselves are nothing to wow about. The service I had at this location though was particularly pleasant and actually got us in to eat after only 15 minutes while we were told it might be 40 minutes.<br/><br/>Price was high though when you can get much better quality pizza at other pizzerias in the city. I guess you pay for the sports-bar style decor of the restaurant / lounge?<br/><br/>Favorite pizza to try is the spicy pierogi (formerly known as the pierogi pizazz I think).

Yuck. Salad had browning leaves of romaine lettuce. Sprinkled with small small TINY little bits of red pepper. Possibly the worse excuse for a salad I have ever seen. The only redeeming thing was the "house" vinegarette ... which doesn't seem to be made in-house but from a bottle... but anyways... <br/>Worse spaghetti I had ever had. Sauce was running and tasteless. Pizzas was gross and overpriced.<br/>Service was friendly.<br/>But yeah, don't go expecting quality food.

Usually good. The experience has usually been good, except once, but the manager saw to it we were reimbursed. We will continue to go here on a regular basis. Favs are any pizza, and the chicken parmesan.
