We had breakfast at the Pembina location. Our food was good for the most part. Toast was burnt and the burnt sides hidden. Our eggs over done and over done. My coffee cup came with lips stick on it. With this pandemic not acceptable. We look under the table to find the previous customers used napkins. I went up to our server to get our concerns addressed. The manager was not available. Our server was the supervisor on duty. She did not take responsibility for any of our concerns. Just had excuses.

Weather was crappy so it wasn’t very busy at dinner time. Service was quick. She was very patient with our little guy who never shuts up and let us order his right away so he could have food ASAP. Ordered French toast for him, eggs Benedict and the super giant breakfast. His came in about three minutes flat. Ours only took a few minutes more. All was delicious. Quick on offering refills on drinks and coffee. Worth the drive.

There are several 'houses' in Winnipeg, and this time we went to the one on Pembina, just south of the Jubilee underpass on a Saturday just before noon. It's been there since I was a little boy and hasn't changed much. A nice dependable place, always a good choice for a nice breakfast. There was three of us and we decided to try something different than the usual eggs taters and toast, or pancakes. It was not the best decision I've made, the food was okay, but I wasn't all that impressed with it. Might be because it wasn't what I was used to there that biased my view. The service and speed were impressive, always a full cup of coffee and glasses of ice water. The place was not too busy and we drank coffee and talked for a while after we finished eating and they just kept refilling the coffee cups, never felt rushed to pay and leave.

Thank you Pancake House for a truly delicious lunch! I enjoyed my Turkey Club Sandwich 😋 and my friend had delicious Eggs Benedict with Smoked Salmon. We both enjoyed the meal greatly, and the service was speedy and friendly. This my first time ever at a Pancake House, and I look forward to returning to try other delicious items that were on the menu.
Just me! !
Enjoyed a nice quick breakfast here, but they need to being back their vegan/vegetarian options.

Food was good. Service was a little slow, but it was very busy when we went. I think the staff was doing their best to keep up, and they at least kept our coffees full.

Lots of parking, great food, good service. Never had a bad meal here. Their pancakes are awesome. Had the french toast benedict; extremely good. 👌

I wanted to send in a complaint about the Pancake House at the Forks not honouring the Show and Save Card 10% discount when I went there a couple weeks ago.
It states on their entrance, around their till and I believe at the table to declare any discounts or coupons to the server prior to ordering. I informed the server that I had my show and save card, and showed it to her that it was current.
She took my order, but when I went to pay, the discount was not shown on my bill, and the person working at the till told me the discount cannot be used on Sundays. This is not indicated on the show and save card, in the show and save book, and there was not any signage on the entrance to the restaurant about exceptions about Sunday.
My discount was not that big that I am worried about the $3, but my complaint is more about the principle that this feels like false advertising.
