I'm really dissapointed. This place has gone down hill. I tried to capture the copious dust accumulating everywhere but I don't think my camera picked it up like how you would see it in person. Half their lights are out. The glass sneeze guard thing looks like it hasn't been cleaned in over a week (my phone camera couldn't pick that up in detail). The bathroom Dyson hand dryer is just nasty looking bacteria build up.
They must have the oven temperature turned down low because that pizza took forever, much longer than usual to cook.
Sauce has no flavor, toppings must be low quality because they don't have flavour, cheese is bland.
Oh and there's on photo here when you can see some ceiling wallpaper is peeling and there is like a string of dust bunnies collecting on the corner and its hanging Over top of the food.
We will not be going back.

very nice pizzas. Love the different kinds of sauces and the mix and match. Employees are definitely friendly and willing to help you. Store is generally clean. employees are fast, make you a pizza quickly, but I think because of the pandemic they reduced the number of the staffs there? Anyways, it’s all good.

I’m assuming there is new ownership based on the workers. The way the crust is prepared and the flavours have significantly changed in taste. Crust is bland and super thin. The sauce lacks flavour, ingredients don’t seem fresh. I ordered usual toppings I do normally and it didn’t taste at all the same.

Consistently great pizza with great variety of toppings and styles. Service is fast too. Can’t go wrong with this place. Store is so beautiful and perfect for pizza party. Great customer service .

The pizza was tasty as usual, but we arrived 45 minutes to close and the staff had already put away some ingredients (so we're not available). Then they wouldn't allow us to dine in (almost 20 minutes till close). I like Za Pizza a lot, but I most likely will not be returning to this location.

Used to love this place .. not sure what happened. Just went in for a quick pizza and was the only person in line and must have taken the lady 10 minutes + to make each of my pizzas.. (2) guys infront of me were also complaining that they were going to be late for work now .. been sitting here for 30 minutes now.. hopefully I get it soon!

Overall, things are quite disappointing.
Food was not bad, but not great, but given the significant price increases over the last year or two, I was disappointed. Not going to be a favourite anymore.
More importantly, when I asked for access to their guess wifi, I was directed by the employee to use another account, saying it was open and didn’t require a password. When asked if it was their wifi, she LIED to me and told me the restaurant had two wifi networks - it’s turns out that the wifi she directed me to was the business next door.
Might not seem like a big deal but she had no problem lying to a customer and asking their customers to use another business’s account.
Unethical and if ethics are poor, the business’s ethics are poor.

Super friendly staff, follow instructions well and make an amazing pizza! I do love the variety of sauces they have and the amount of customization they can do to make the pizza perfect for you! I love the hot sauce the best and provides an amazing flavour to the pizza. The place was very clean and well maintained despite some work going on in the store! Would definitely recommend this for a light, well priced pizza!
