Best chicken in town. Spicy chicken is the must try. Spoiler Alert...it is really spicy. Also pineapple juice is a good combination with the meal.

We always order food from this location but there’s this one time when we had a bad experience. We went there 9pm and they close at 10pm. they don’t have chicken. there’s 2 team members and 2 managers at the till but they are all looking at the back of house, and didn’t even acknowledge us. We were waiting for 10 minutes in front of the till, and then they told us they don’t have chicken. One manager even gave us an attitude. what a disappointment. I was once a shift manager at a fast food restaurant too. they should forecast their cooking well enough, especially on a weekend. There was also a bunch of delivery drivers and customers waiting for their order too. They are so eager to go home. I even heard one person saying “let’s close now so we can go home.” i pity these guys for horrible customer service.

No hate here but their Fried chicken is fishy; I don’t know if i just got a piece that is different or the rest is the same. I still love Jollibee over anything out there😁♥️

Waited 40 minutes for a drive thru order when they said it would take 15 minutes. I honestly would have waited longer than that if I didn’t walk up to the door asking where my order was. Everyone was doing closing procedures and left my order on the table. Was there no employee wondering why there might be an order on table? The excuse they gave me was that they just made my order. Made my order? It’s been 40 minutes and your store was closed. Mind you I was the only one in the parking lot with the sign they give you to put on the roof of your car.
Never buy food from here if you’re craving Jollibee at night, they might just forget you. LOL This was just ridiculous and terrible service.

Jollibee, which is the biggest fastfood chain in the Philippines were able to penetrate international market. It's two stores in Winnipeg started to win not only Filipino customers but the taste buds of local Winnipegers. If you love to eat crispy and juicy chicken, you will never go wrong with Jollibee's Chickenjoy. Pinoy style spaghetti, shanghai rolls & palabok are also mouth watering. For burger lovers, try their Aloha burger and get a Hawaiian twist of sumptuous juicy burger. You will also love thier deserts such peace mango pie.

But only one thing their staff area took over 1/3 of their restaurant. And they are so busy many people cannot get seated.

One of the best restaurant experiences I have been to, the spicy chicken is the perfect amount of spice and the mashed potatoes are the perfect amount of cream, I would recommend.

Went to the Northgate location through their drive thru, very fast service.
Tried their chicken leg and spaghetti combo and really enjoyed it.
Their chicken legs are quite big, crispy, and not greasy at all.
Love the texture and sweet taste of their Jolly Spaghetti with sausage.
Actually have been back a couple of times for their spaghetti dish. I'm not a pasta fan but for some reason it works.
Their yum burger was okay and standard.
Will be back!!

After all the hype I tried it had 3 piece meal with 2 sides.
Found the mash were obviously instant by flavor and graininess , the corn was dry and the chicken was tasteless and greasy.

We were there yesterday lunch and the line up was past the door but the service was fast (probably half an hour from the line to getting our food). We also got lucky that we got seats (there were 12 of us). We came back for dinner and to buy our to go and they said that the wait time for chicken was 1 hour and more for buckets. We were worried about timing coz we're driving back to SK but we waited. The wait time only took half an hour as well. We left happy, full and lots of chicken buckets and peach mango pie for the family. Thank you for the friendly smiles. You are all doing great. Much love from Calgary.

I can say lining up for 7 hours in cold temperature was worth it. Still jollibee is number one in Filipino heart. We are very patient waiting for our turn just to grab our favourite jollibee food, it’s truly yummylicious . Seven years bago uli ntikman ang jollibee food. Kaya nman sinulit ang limit order nila. Isctually the food was horrible....... the chicken was the best part of the meal and at best it was a 2 out of 5 the gravy was aweful and the spaghetti was horrible....... my dog wouldn't even eat it........very poor quality and very disappointing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!

I have been to the only Jollibee we have in the country a total of three times and despite the fact that it gets packed daily, I really enjoy the food there especially the fried chicken! Sure the food is pricey but it's totally worth it! I'm not sure what the Jollibees are like in the Philippines so I can't really say much. Oh and instead of going to C4 on Friday, I decided to go to Jolibeecon instead! ROFL

We went last week to Scarborough on a Thursday around 11AM and there was only a short line-up.. We were able to order within 30 minutes and Jollibee did not disappoint.. Chicken was super crispylicious! Palabok (my favorite) tasted just like back home.. The pineapple juice was phenomenal! Awesome customer service! Place was a bit small! Wish they would make it bigger! Really hope the Mississauga one would open up soon as promised! Suggesting they do deliveries as we have so many delivery companies like doordash, skipthedishes! Would make a lot of profit for the companya and would make a lot of Filipinos happy! �

My wonderful parents went to the new jolibee while I was sleeping to wait almost 3 hours in line to buy buckets of chicken and pies so I could try it and so my boyfriend could get a taste of back home.
Overall, my parents thought the wait was worth the quality of food we received and was touched that Jollibee provided shelter from the elements with heated tents.They also thought highly of the security guard in facilitating traffic due to high customer demand. My only personal wish is that the Scarborough location consider expanding their drink menu, nonetheless I will be coming back!

My order, three piece of chicken with two sides (mashed potatoes and gravy) and Pineapple beverage. Spouse had the Double Yum burger and Pineappe beverage, we both had a Pineapple Peach pie.
Thirty minutes after the meal the back of my throat started to swell up, ended going going to the local grocery store and bought a Ceririzine Hydrochloride tablets. As far as I know, not allergic to anything.
When was the last unannounced inspection performed.

We managed to get into Jollibee's Winnipeg Restaurant. We were very disappointed with the food quality and the disorganization in ordering and preparing our food. A Restaurant Chain of this size even ran out of Chicken for the Family Pack we wanted. The last 3 pieces of Chicken we did get were tough! The weiners in the Spaghetti were like rubber! Poor quality and high priced!
