i ordered bubbletea off doordash and i requested coconut and taro mix and they did it and it tastes wonderful! good amount of flavour the only downside is their bubbles are clear and taste more like jelly than the usual dark bubbles in bubbletea! thank you for the yummy bubbletea though ❤️
Very reasonable portions for the prices and Fantastic spring rolls! My girlfriend had the beef pad Thai and it was great. Approximately $25-30 for two people depending on if you buy drinks or not.
I’d highly recommend it if you live or work in the area and are craving Vietnamese food!
Hands down the best Pad Thai in the city. I usually order it once a week. $12.50 after tax for the deluxe Pad Thai. 9 times outta 10 I can’t finish the whole thing in one sitting, that’s why I always order for pick up, so when I’m in a food coma I am already home.
Food is awesome, place is clean and service is very friendly. Big portions and price reasonable. Padthai and deluxe vermicelli is delicious.
I ordered from Skip the Dishes. I ordered the deluxe beef Pho, Vietnamese spring rolls and the deep fried chicken with spicy salt. The Pho was good, the broth had really great flavour. The spring rolls were average and the deep fried chicken was ok. The Pho I would say redeemed the other two items. Would order again.
Pretty good food for the price. The portions are quite big and the flavour is good. The staff is always friendly. The only issue I would have is that the food is not always consistent. If you order the same thing 5 times in a row, you are bound to have it made different 3 of the 5 times. It seems that this is either because they have run out of the ingredients and are substituting, someone new is cooking, or they are still tweaking their recipes. Either way, considering the location and price, it's still a great place to check out.
Got take-out. Although the descriptions just make note of the protein and carb elements what I got was also full of delicious vegetables, done just right. Will definitely be going back.

Make sure to order the shrimp butter rolls. We get 1-2 orders every time we go. Shrimp pad thai is massive and loaded with shrimp. I've tried most of the soups and they've all been great. The beef brisket is always so tender. The Vietnamese beef and pork sandwiches are probably the best I've had in the city.
This place is definitely a hidden gem and you may avoid it if you just drove by it looking at the location and sign. But I am glad we stopped in as we have been back a few dozen times in the past few years it's been open!
They only offer delivery through skipthedishes. Which is fine as it's easy to find a $7 off coupon to use. Every time we've ordered its been accurate and very good.
My favourite place for Vietnamese soup in the city, their vermicelli bowls are good too. Only downside is service can be slow, but it's worth the wait!

I eat Vietnamese across Canada and the U.S. When I travel for work And this is one of my favourites. Very nice owners, good service, great prices and fantastic food all combine to make 5 stars in my book. Oh, and try the stuff in the vinegar bottle...have never come across it before and it rocks.

Lived in EK and always looking for pho places that is close to home and have great favourite. I was always drove by this place and wonder how their food taste. Finally today we decided to try it out.
We ordered salad roll, deluxe beef pho and spicy beef pho. They came out fast and looks good. The bill came out at around $31. So the price with the food I rated it pretty good.
There is only one thing I am complaining about is there is no beef triple in the pho and this part disappointing me. Because it's a very standard ingredient in pho and I love beef triple.
If they can add it or give an option for customers to add it in the pho, that would be great.
I work at a local Insurance brokerage in the area and we frequently get our staff lunches from here and it is just fantastic. The servings are huge and the quality of the salad rolls are 10/10.Go check it out!
Great food with large portions. I had the shrimps pad Thai and my BF had the deluxe pad Thai. We both loved it. The service was quick and the place was clean. It's very reasonably priced. It's a weird little location but I'd recommend it.
I really like this place. It checks a lot of boxes for me. I love the fact that it's family run and they have improved their decor overtime. The service does leave something to be desired, but the food is inexpensive and plentiful. You can easily order two dishes for three people and you will be taking leftovers home. The quality of the food is good, and fresh.
The Pho was decent although nothing to scream about. They used fresh vegetables and it seemed as though the broth was house made, but not totally sure. We also ordered the honey shrimp with rice. It was a little bit gooey and there was too much sauce, but the flavour was nice and it was pipping hot. The restaurant is more diner style than bistro but it is well taken care of and clean. The staff are very friendly and quick to notice when you need something. I ordered the real fruit mango bubble tea to go and it was very good. Overall it was a good dining experience. We will most likely return.
Update: This has become a staple for our family. They make some of the best Viet food in Winnipeg. Their best dishes include the sizzling beef, vermicelli, and the pad thai.
Got super excited that theres a Vietnamese place in the neighborhood. Saves me the trip to go the west end when Im craving Pho, bubble tea and good vietnamese coffee. The decor is minimal but spacious and family friendly.
This hole-in-the-wall mom-and-pop (and sometimes mids too) shop is the perfect little Vietnamese restaurant. The only thing I ever get is the vermicelli and its delicious. For parents with picky kids, they even have chicken fingers and fries.
One of our favorite places!. The delux vermicelli, coconut curry chicken soup, and the salad rolls with peanut sauce are the best. I could eat here every day.
Absolutely LOVE the food. (Pho) bowl - deluxe beef noodle soup is amazeballs, love the spring roll noodle bowl. The curry chicken is fantastic. Kids love the cheeseburgers and the yummy French fries are homemade. The ingredients are fresh. The whole family will be happy!!!
Delicious. I ordered from there for the first time on Friday and it was wonderful --just the right thing to make a sick husband to feel better. However --be careful opening the soup if you do delivery. The container was very very full and VERY hot and unfortunately the soup met my hand and resulted in a second degree burn. It was, however, delicious. We had pho, fried rice, poutine and spring rolls and the generous portions fed us for a couple meals and some snacks!

Foods are the best in town. We tried the salad rolls and #24 is amazing tasted. Beef pho and wonton soup are good too. The place is very clean and the service is very friendly. We very happy so will be back again to try a different foods.

The best vietnamese food. I ordered the Pho soup and deluxe wonton is so good, the food is alway fresh and healthy. Try the salad roll is so deliscious. Deluxe vermecelli and deluxe egg noodle is pretty good .Everything is good,clean and staff is friendly. Will come back again.

My boyfriend an I ended up having dinner at Watt street bistro two nights in a row last week after hearing great reviews from coworkers. I couldn't believe that I could actually get a bowl of pho in North kildonan since there isn't a lot of great spots in this end of town. We usually drive all the way to St Vital to get our pho at Kim Sang which is fantastic. however, Watt street Bistro really delivered. Not only did the piping hot bowl of pho satisfy my craving it was just as good as my other favourite spot. I loved it and I'm so glad I can drive five minutes to get my favourite dish. my boyfriend was really impressed and thought it was the best tasting broth he's ever tasted. (#16) we also had the salad rolls which were tasty. we could really taste the Thai basil and mint. the first night my boyfriend had the curry chicken soup. It had great flavour and was filled to the top with every veggie and big chunks of chicken. the broth was a bit thick and was hard to finish even half the bowl. the decor is nothing special it looks more like a diner than a Vietnamese restaurant but very clean nonetheless. I would like to try some of the other menu items.But at 6.75 for a big bowl of delicious pho I will definitely be back!
So fresh!. We had lunch here a few weeks ago, and it was delicious! Although we did wait longer than I would have expected (without reading the comments on Urbanspoon first), it was definitely worth the wait. Both my husband and I ordered the deluxe vermicelli. It was so fresh and delicious. The sauce was a perfect balance of vinegar and sweet. The veggies were crunchy. The spring rolls were amazing! I would definitely recommend this restaurant, and we'll be going back for sure.
First Time Visit. First visit to this hidden gem in East Kildonan. The butter wings were very good with the right amount of seasoning and not greasy. The rare beef pho (#15) was delious. The service is a bit slow and our food came out at different times. Overall it was very good and we will be coming back.
Slow. Ordered takeout..told 40 minutes and was more like over a hour. Not sure why they don't take your name for takeout. Chicken deluxe soup w vegetables was horrible. It was just chicken broth with a few green onions....not sure where the chicken and vegetables were.

Food is to die for! The Vietnamese spring rolls come in 6 for $4.99 (pictured) and are wonderful crispy bundles of pork, pepper, carrot, garlic and vermicelli. I've never had better ones in my life, and I've tried a lot!
Combo egg noodles were amazing. Full of a unique flavourof garlic and honey, soy and you can taste the amazing seasoned wok! Fresh big chunks of veggies and portion to be used for sharing! (Pictured)
Sizzling honey shrimp come literally sizzling to your plate in a sticky, hoppy honey sauce. There is garlic in there, but it's unlike any honey garlic sauce of tasted. Comes with a big bowl of rice and huge chunks of fresh veggies. (Pictured)

Sooo good and prices I really like!. My boyfriend and I came by for the first time and ordered salad rolls and shrimp butter fries for appetizers and the deluxe vermicelli and the deluxe rice dishes. When then appetizers came out I am sure my mouth fell open at the amount of food we received. Then the main dishes came out and we were both in shock again at the size of the portions for the price. The food was so good and we could not finish it all no matter how hard we tried. Our bill was just under 33.00. We will definitely be back to this place!

Great Food - Great Price!!. We ordered through Just Eat for the first time, and were looking for something other than the usual burgers, chicken, pizza or Chinese, and decided to take a chance on Vietnamese. We weren't disappointed! The amount of food that came to our door (within the hour too!) was unbelievable!! It was all very fresh and tasty. We can't tolerate a lot of spice, so having the hot sauce in separate containers was perfect. Everything was beautifully cooked. We will absolutely be back again for more!! Great addition to the neighbourhood. So happy to have this place in the neighbourhood! We've stopped in a few times for pickup orders and we're totally hooked on the Vietnamese food. It's always fast, fresh and tasty, the portions are generous and it's so inexpensive! We've tried a couple soups and vermicelli, and our favourites are definitely the mango salad and the salad rolls.
We sincerely hope this place does well so that it keeps us in yummy Vietnamese food for a long time to come.
Really good food. Just ordered the BBQ burger with the BBQ poutine, my wife ordered just a regular poutine and a mango bubble tea. We were both really impressed with the price, portion size and it also tasted great. We'll definitely order from here again.

Great Vietnamese Food in East Kildonan. My family and I went to Watt Street Bistro recently. It's the only Vietnamese restaurant in East Kildonan and they also serve burgers, fries and pizza, probably to cater to the high school close by. My family enjoyed lots of salad rolls, pho and vermicelli. Everything we had was delicious, flavorful and comparable to the best Vietnamese restaurants in Winnipeg. The service was prompt and friendly, and they also catered to us by bringing extra bowls for sharing, extra broth and limes when we asked for more. The prices are very reasonable, as my sister and I were able to share an extra large bowl of pho with leftovers to take home, for only $7.99. I definitely recommend this family-run restaurant for Vietnamese food and I'll be back again to try more.
More recently, I've tried the wonton soup with noodles and their spring rolls. The wonton soup is in a nice, clear broth filled with thin noodles and vegetables like carrots and broccoli. It's a very hearty dish that tastes homey. The spring rolls are simply addictive. Their deluxe pad thai rice noodle dish hits the spot! It's my new favorite.

The food here is quite tasty. Serving staff are okay, but need to check on all the people in their table section a bit more frequently.
We got a variety of food, as we normally do when we try a new spot. Not shown are the rice salad wraps with peanut sauce, which were generously sized and held up the next day.

I have never had anything bad or any mistakes from this place. I don’t know how to eat this thing but I just ripped the noodles in half and poured the sauce and veggies on top and they softened up after 10 minutes or so. It was fun, messy and delicious. #44

Already excited to go back! We split the pork and shrimp salad rolls, and thought these were excellent. The 4 salad rolls are approximately 500 grams of food and are enough for a meal on their own. I got the beef pad Thai and this was 1000g of food, more than enough for 2 people. My partner got the house special vermicelli which had chicken, grilled shrimp, charbroiled pork and a pork patty, and included yummy spring rolls. She missed having fresh basil leaves, but loved it otherwise. Amazing value for the amount of food and the flavour.
Food was awesome.
We came with 11 people and they had no problems serving us in a timely manner.
Only trouble was that none of us could take off our jackets. It was consistently cool in the space.
Had some delicious warm, beef noodle soup, and salad rolls! 😋🥣
