Review Fortune Cooking Chinese Restaurant - Winnipeg

Richard Ong
Food here is ok, specially for the price. Serving size is good and we had good service as well. Nothing we ordered really stood out to be exceptional but nothing was bad either so theres that I guess. There are better Chinese restaurants in the city but this is one of the most affordable option. Just lower your expectations and know that you will choose to come here to feed a huge group without hurting your wallet too much.

The last time i ate here was 2014,then 2022 I tried it and the food was awesome the fried dry veal was delicious perfect with sizzling seafood in black bean sauce. The fried dry veal sauce isnt that great but put salt and chili oil the taste will be good..

Haven’t been here in over 15 years Restaurant is dirty we got there at130 needs a good vacuum. The one male waiter needs to wear gloves he brings your plate out and his hands are on the plate as well as your fork and knife . The female waitress she good she tells you what not to order and what’s good. Curry dishes are bland shrimp our large battered not my thing. And the chicken honey dish tasted like vinegar. This place has gone way down over the years. We won’t return

I always pick up here Beef and Gai Lan always.... and what ever we have a craving for....... Bottom line great food, great portions for the price, Not many go-to Chinese restaurants I go to.. this place never fails me. They are always nice to my young daughter. Come here often and will continue.

I was looking forward to this food after not ordering from the restaurant for a few years. Ordered some staple dishes and not impressed.. Chicken in the fried rice was dark & hard. Chinese balls were hard. I will stick with mall food court Chinese food, so much tastier!

Foods are ok. The restaurant location is outdated but the staffs are all welcoming. The place lacks interior lighting. Nice to try out once but this is a kind of resto that you won't try again.

The food is very bland. I was there for lunch and the bathroom was EXTREMELY filthy. It looked like it had not been cleaned in a long time. There was also a big puddle of water in the hallway to the bathroom that looked like it's been there for a long time. Service was completely atrocious. The squeeze bottle for hot sauce was very sticky. The table that I was told to sit at, was not set at all, but yet other tables were set. My small cup of water was topped up twice during the entire meal. The nail in the coffin for me, was the lack of information posted that only cash or debit was accepted. This information was on a small sign near the cashier. Could have been an embarrassing situation, and I wouldn't have patronized this place if credit card wasn't accepted. I will never set foot in this restaurant again. Do not make the same mistake that I made. Save yourself the disappointment.

The food was mediocre, while the service was terrible. The demeanor of our server made it clear that we were unwanted. His shirt expressed his disdain for customers admirably as well. Overall disappointing and will not include this restaurant in my usual rounds.

Best deluxe won-ton soup hands down in the whole city. Staff is great and the food does not take long to come out. Prices are way below what they should be for the amount you get.GO NOW

Family wanted to try this out after seeing the reviews - the food came out very quickly for our large group (10+), portions were great sized and perfect for sharing.
Unfortunately the service is where the dining went awry. I’m not sure if the gentleman (White, black hair with a receding hairline) waiting on us was overworked or extremely stressed but I’ve never experienced such a negative server.
He had to come back and clarify with three members of the family about their order (apparently the menu had wrongly listed other food items under the Chow Mein section.)
This is no problem, but his tone was repeatedly condescending and actually rolled his eyes at us.
When he wasn’t dealing with us he was loudly arguing with the other kitchen and waitstaff well within earshot of those dining.

The food was good but the service experience was so uncomfortable I have no desire to return to test the rest of their menu.

We have been eating here for 10 years since moving to Winnipeg. One standard dish we always order is the #170 Singapore Noodle dish. You will not be disappointed by ordering this dish among other great tasting dishes such as the ginger beef and lemon chicken. The deluxe wanton soup is really good too. Great portions and fair pricing.
Browner123
Not sure what they serve, I have been going here since they opened and all I order is the deluxe wonton soup, best I ever had. You won’t be disappointed guaranteed.

We always enjoy this restaurant and the fast service.

One item I sure would like them to do is the for the male waitresses to Dress Up with nice dress pants and nice Shirt.

It really degrades a nice restaurant if the servers are in older looking Jeans and a Tee Shirt.

Have always had great food here! Serving staff friendly & helpful. Wish they would get someone with a better understanding of English for their Take-Out? Had to make a report to the Health Dept as they had stuff in boxes piled high, up against & blocking the back door ..... illegal & a fire hazard! Also, had huge dusty/dirty bags of rice etc stored along walls leading to the back door/washrooms that one would brush against while walking by ..... illegal as well .... fire hazard! Next time everything was cleaned-up. Have not been there for a very long time, hope it is still clear? Oh, if they only had Delivery ... or at least Skip The Dishes!
N.B. It says online that they have delivery, but they don't!

Ordered takeout using their takeout menu in store. There was a discrepancy between the prices on the takeout menu and the dine in menu which was higher. When queried, owner pointed at dine in menu and repeatedly said "this price, this price." So I paid it. Ordered sweet and sour breaded pork along with other dishes. Came home to find there was no sweet and sour sauce in the bag. Rude attitude and bland food. Wouldn't visit again.

Great food though as the others had said can sometimes be a bit greasy. Huge food portions that can usually feed 1-3 ppl. Service is fast (w/the exception during busy hrs) & staff are friendly. Really recommend their shrimp w/almonds!

Was going to the airport to pick someone up to only discover the flight was over an hour delayed. Since I was in the area we decided to stop in to Fortune Cooking for dinner. I haven't been here in years, and it hasn't changed one bit.

The restaurant is spacious with plenty of large tables for families or large gatherings. It was surprisingly busy for a weekday evening, but the staff kept up and made sure we were taken care of.

Fortune cooking has a large western Chinese food menu as well as another traditional Cantonese/Hong Kong cuisine menu. We ordered exclusively from the latter and the food came out of the kitchen very promptly. The food was good but for those unused to Southern Chinese cooking, you may find it too greasy. This was nearing on the cusp of too greasy for me, but it was well seasoned and well cooked so props for that. Also, the prices for the dishes are very reasonable. The value definitely makes up for any shortfalls.

Like I said before, this place has been open for many years and it doesn't appear to have been renovated. The decor is dated and the restaurant could be cleaner. If we're in the area again, we'd be back.
I Love To Eat
It was great!! The service was wonderful, the food was fantastic!!! We would be back more often, so very glad we found this place! The price was spot on with the portions and ended up taking a lot home... love left over Chinese food!

I have been going to this place for years and it's always been exceptional, huge portions and fast for lunch....and if you request something not on the large menu they will make it for you. Always a place for a Chinese craving. We came a bit early today and we had a large group of seven for our lunch hour, but saw the restaurant already half full when we arrived. We ordered mostly deluxe won ton soup, lemon chicken, sizzling shrimp in black bean sauce. 2 orders of special chow mein, and I had the Singapore noodles with 1 spring roll. We watched everyone who walked in at least 15 min after us order eat and leave before we started to get out orders, one at a time. So we watched as 2 at the table were eating and food started coming out after I started to complain watching everyone in the restaurant eating and leaving. Needless to say I got my spring roll finally as everyone was eating and one had to leave as she had to run back to work not to be late and she didn't get to even eat it and took half her order to go as the other hadn't even come out yet and we had to take care of it. I'm still asking where the food was and it's been an hour and 15 minutes....they forgot about mine and what is usually a spectacular dish was half-ass because they rushed. I had to take 3 bites and ask for it to be packed up. They don't pack up. They brought out take out and soup containers one by one. So I had 3 bites of my food, my spring roll was saturated in oil ( which are usually the best ever I've come across), our fun get together lunch was ruined as we had to rush to get back to work and lunch took us an hour and a half. They did not apologize and the did not offer any discounts at all to any of us. Not impressed as a regular customer! And a 4 is now a 2.5 because of it

Again came for lunch with co-workers. I usually always order the 170 and 15a which is the Singapore noodles and spring roll. My friends ordered the special chow mein and the Shrimp black bean sizzler. They forgot my spring roll and my friend had 2 onions that made up half her shrimp dish...but the food was good....they really just need to work on the service when it gets busy

not great for western chinese. good portion sizes but way too greasy. got about halfway through then, sadly had to shut er down. and i dont like trying to be coaxed into paying cash. not cool. 2/5 if im being generous..and the place is filthy. more like a 1/5
KANA
Great place for BBQ duck. Love their soup, very full of flavor. The deluxe wonton soup is very similar to the one at Hi-Ball if you have had it. Service is just okay. I would suggest take out to dining in. The best thing about this place is the portion size. The lunch special is HUGE! It's only $7 and comes with a beverage. You seriously can't beat that price and it's far better than Polo Park food court Chinese food.
TheOnlyNemoga
Very greasy food. We ordered two chicken noodle soups, fried rice and chow mein. Taste was good but after a couple of bites we weren't able to eat anymore because it was so greasy. Not coming back :/
CH
Such a great place to eat. The soup broth is carefully crafted, the price is right and they cover all bases as far as tastes and dishes. Fast, tasty and hot. Very few misses and attentive staff. Can be tough to get a table when it's busy and takeout is typically a good option. If you are doing soup eat in and enjoy a massive bowl.
Best hot and sour in the city.
Fried chicken - check
Fried pickerel in ginger sauce - check (very good when they have it, not always available)
Fried rice - check
Fried pork

If I want to indulge in fried Chinese food, swing by Fortune. Lots of parking too, which makes it more convenient compared with the Chinese restaurants located in downtown Winnipeg.

Generous portions and the owner is friendly. Takes time to talk to his customers.

Disgusting Food -- I do not recommend this place. I've lived in China, and I grew up in Winnipeg eating western Chinese food, so I've had my fair share of both. This was terrible!

The lady who seated us was very nice and prompt. We had our beverages immediately. We each ordered a soup (it came quick also) but it wasn't that hot and my consommé tasted like plastic. We each ordered a combo plate, and while it certainly was huuuuuge it didn't matter because none of it was any good. The sweet and sour chicken balls had an odd taste, the veggies were hard (and served cold) and the egg roll was slimy and inedible. The fried rice was mediocre.. And the best thing on the plate. The rice and the can of Coke shouldn't be the best part of the nearly $29 dollar meal. Do not eat here.

Tried Fortune Cooking for the first time after it was recommended to me. We ordered the usual dishes such as ginger beef, Singapore noodles, chow mein and chicken balls. Everything hit the spot and the portion sizes were huge. Our take out boxes were stuffed full even though we ate a substantial amount. The service was friendly and prompt. The inside of the restaurant may be outdated but it's fun and what I like about these types places.

their almond shrimp is amazing. really good food. the staff is great, though i wish they dont vacuum while people are eating. regardless, truly not disappointing.

This place is awesome for Westernized Chinese food. Sometimes you just crave that stuff, that awesome, deep-fried food.

What I like about Fortune Cooking is their shrimps. If you order any dish with shrimp, you will be amazed at how huge their shrimps/prawns are. My favourite thing to order from Fortune Cooking is their house special fried rice because you get a bit of everything.

If you work in the Polo Park area their lunch specials are a great buy. You could go to the food court, but at least here, you have leftovers. :D
Sssss
Stale porkchops yuck. 2nd time here and food is not that outstanding. This will be our last visit. Ordered the menu for 10 ppl fast service however the porkchops platter was disgusting! It tasted like spoiled pork just had coating added and deepfried. It made me nauseous lost appetite altogether. Talked to the lady who seemed in charge and she said will not charge for the pitcher of pop. Wow thanks !how much does that cost 1.25 ?! Never setting foot there again for sure!!! Not worth it
Bob
MSG Wow!!. Friendly service and quick delivery of food.

I don't mind a little MSG but this was too much.

Hard to find the first time. Only a sign on St James. The restaurant is tucked far in the rear. But it was pretty good. Carefull how much you order. The servings are large.

Really good. Absolutely the best ginger beef in Winnipeg. Mooshi and coconut shrimp are to die for.
Washrooms gross...go before you get there.
Okie
One of the best Chinese food places in the city, some dishes are a little iffy but most of the time it's very good. Some of my favourite dishes are ginger beef, veal, mushroom fried rice, shrimp/veg soup, any shrimp dish, black bean fish, and shrimp rolls or crab claws
Vincent Parr
GAO LAN Beef. Fantastic dish. Wife insists on it each time we visit.

The food was descent, but the service so terrible that I won't be back. Server acted super bored and unprofessional. Even spilled my water all over the table and never came back to wipe it up. Weird place.
EJ
Ordered the Deluxe Wonton soup and did not even finish half of it. The soup itself was bland, the wontons were meh, and the shrimp were suspicious to say the least. Ambiance is dated, and the bathroom was ugh. Weird place, can't figure out how it has an 87% rating - at least that was the rating when I checked it out. Will not return.

Going down hill. I have been going here for the last 5 years. The service was always Ok but the food was great. In my last four visits the service was horrible and I received my meal cold. I had to wait 1 hour for my appetizers. I had placed my order before other tables and they were already getting the main cours. The servers did seem to care. Just lost a loyal customer. Good Bye

SumHay - Fortune Cooking. I've been going to this place for 24 years. I remember bringing my baby boys and propping them on the table during late snowy nights over the years. I remember all the paper graffiti on the walls. I remember the food.

I still see Sing and Amy and I still eat at their place. My boys are now in their early 20's and I get a kick out of watching how they interact with Sing. Part of our family history and lots of Christmas eve feasts. time flies.

Dry Breaded Veal
Singapore Noodles
Screamin Steamin shrimp
Deluxe WonTon
Big Bowl Black Bean sauce.

Average Food. The food was average, but the place can use an improvement in cleanliness. Supplies should not be stored in hallways and washrooms.

Impress your friends. I took 2 separate people here last week and they fell in Love with the Hot and Sour soup and the Lemon Chicken. Ginger Beef is best in town!
Amycook1
Horrible!. I took my aunt and uncle for lunch today and had the worst experience ever! The sweet and sour shrimp were fishy smelling and tasted bad. We did not have soya sauce or salt and pepper on the table. Service was slow and our three different dishes all came at different times. I will never go there again. I was one of their biggest fans but not now.
Jennly7
LEMON CHICKEN. I really do love the dish Lemon Chicken but I have to say always check the inside of a take out box when you order it. If you don't, its hapen to me 4 times already they forgot the lemon sauce!
Joeyloveslulu
Fortune yum yum. LOVE LOVE LOVE!!! The food is delish and you can never eat here without taking 2 boxes of food home because the portions are HUGE!!! Our faves: peking shrimp ~ huge shrimp (no batter) with onions and peppers stirfired, almond shrimp, ginger beef, wonton soup, singapore noodles (add some hot sauce!!)...the only thing that has changed lately is the lemon chicken, which has quite frankly started tasting like cardboard...don't know what happened, it used to be sooo good!! Reasonable prices, fast food service...Love that Mr. Sing is often sleeping in a chair @ a table. Very nice people, Amy will help you with anything! Go early in the evening so you are not disappointed and do not have to wait in line!

Best place in town to have some duck soup and all the plates are cheap for the size of the serving. Best Chinese cooking! Have been going since I was a little girl!

Been going for years, always a great meal. I'm a fan of large portions, esp at decent prices, this is exactly what you'll get at FC. All dishes are massive, prices are not. We really love the ginger beef, egg foo young, beef and broccoli, honey garlic veal, Singapore noodles, and shrimps in black bean. The hot plate black bean dish are also great.

Best Ginger beef I've ever had. :) definitely try it out if you love Chinese

Deluxe Wonton Soup for the win!. My uncle told me he knew of an off-the-hook place near the old stadium, which one of his clients (he's a contractor) took him to many years ago. He said that the deluxe wonton soup was incredible. So I was happy to go try it out with him.

Fortune Cooking is located behind other businesses in a strip mall. It's a place that you would never find on your own.

We walked in and were greeted by who I presume is Mr. Sing. He beckoned us to a table, and quickly brought us menus and the cokes that we ordered. We both ordered the deluxe wonton soup.

About three minutes after ordering, the soup came out. The bowls are HUGE! And are they ever stuffed. They have sliced pork, huge wontons, and shrimp. It also has vegetables and noodles. The broth is nice and light tasting, and all the meats were really tasty. This soup is packed and stacked right to the brim.

Mr. Sing also brought out some hot sauce that had the consistency of salsa. it wasn't blow your mind hot, it was more of a slow-burn-in-the-back-of-your-throat hot sauce. It made a great addition to the soup.

The soup is only $9. For the amount of food you get, it is a great value. I ate about 2/3 and took the rest home for leftovers.

We had a really great experience at fortune cooking and I will be back to try some more of the soup bowls.

Favorite Chinese Food. My husband and I love this place. The soup and almond shrimp are amazing. We usually order a big selection to have leftovers. The soup is a meal in itself! I took my whole family here (9 people including 3 kids) and they all loved it. Not one person had anything to eat they didn't like which says a lot with my picky family. The daughter of the owner is great with changes and allergies and I like how they have Pepsi and Coke. You won't leave hungry and they have big tables for large groups of people. One of our go to restaurants.
Sadie
Unimpressed. Service was.....there. Neither server was at all friendly, sorry is it bothering you that we came in to eat and took our time figuring out our order? Gosh, all you had to do was pick-up the paper WE wrote our order on! S&S chicken balls had a funny taste, not sure why. The shrimp with black bean sauce was impressive in the sizzle, just ok in the taste. Did like the spring rolls although they were very greasy and lacked much stuffing. And one of our fortune cookies was a dud! No fortune (although not the restaurants fault). Would not go out of my way to come back.
ps: stacks of chairs in the middle of the place, tacky. Is there no where else they could be kept? I understand a few extras kicking around, but stacks? Odd

Hit and Miss. I used to frequent the Sumhay restaurant downtown when the owner of Fortune ran the place, and I had fond memories of the Hot and Sour soup there. When I heard about the connection to Fortune cooking I thought it would be worth a try. I have taken out twice now with varied results. The Hot and Sour soup didn't quite hit the mark for me. Too much sweetness and not enough hot and sour bite. I was pleased with the Cantonese chow mein (the one with duck in it,) and the Singapore noodles and Mooshu peking duck was tasty. Totally fell flat with the scallops in onions with hot sauce. This dish was listed as a specialty of the house and was inedible. The "hot sauce" tasted like a campbell's tomato soup based sauce with some heat, and the scallops were inedible. Obviously frozen (probably for too long) and cooked to a hockey-puck consistency. Threw most of it away. Unsure how to rate this place yet.

Soup or noodles. Make sure you are precise with your order or you might get surprised.

Hot and Sour Fan. I was first a patron of Sumhay (when they still had all the placemat messages on the wall) and made the natural progression to Fortune Cooking when they opened on St. James. There is no where else that can top their Hot and Sour or Singapore Noodles (among other dishes, black bean shrimp, I could go on and on). I understand that some complain about service but it must mean they don't understand the history and the atmosphere of the place. I don't mind writing down my own order (it's just not really a big deal to do) and have had wonderful interactions with extended members of the family that recognize us from the old days downtown and at the new place. It is not the "generic Canadian Chinese food" and that's what I love about it. You must try it for yourself. I highly recommend it.

Huge portions, good prices and good service with low prices and an extensive menu. Yes sometimes the language barrier creates some problems with the servers but Mr. Singh is always there to assist. I have eaten here on several occasions and have always been very pleased with the meal. The hot and sour soup and Singh's fried rice are highly recommended.

Large Portions-Good food!!. My boyfriend & I are regulars here...our favorites are the hot pot black bean shrimp -delux cantonese chow mein --soo good!!! It is very busy & very popular!!! SO food is fresh , tasty & service is always excellent!
I have gone with gal pals in the day time for lunch---food qualilty & service excelent-busy then too!!!
Check it out--not expensive either!!

Almond Shrimp. We have been going to Fortune Cooking for about 5 years now just for the almond shrimp. We have enjoyed all the other items we have ordered. I have never had a problem with any servers and always had excellent service. We go there to treat ourselves. The only thing I don't like is that the washrooms are bad.

Cooking worth a fortune. This was my first experience here, and I was very pleased with everything I encountered.

The food was very tasty and presented in a very authentic way. It came in large portions and was always picturesque. It wasn't overloaded with onions or other filler ingredients either.

The place was packed when we arrived and we actually needed to wait to get a seat. I've heard that the service here can be a bit rude, and we did encounter someone who was very short with us, but of the 5 or so people who were serving us, including Mr. Sing himself, the service was excellent: friendly and attentive.

The prices were very comparable to other Chinese restaurants in the city.

All-in-all, a really great find, and I will definitely go back.
NR
Disappointed terrible service. I've been to fortune cooking a few times, and it always seems to be hit or miss. I do enjoy their wontons, and their Singapore style noodles featuring massive sized shrimp. The rest of the food though I would take a pass on as I find it to be swimming in oil and lacking any flavour. Unfortunately the service is appalling. Whether eating in or placing an order for take out, there is a lack of attentiveness and customer service. For some of the servers the problem may be a language barrier but there is one lady who is especially rude. I once walked in to place an order and literally had a menu thrown at me on the counter with no greeting. After more than one bad experience I've decided the food is not good enough to warrant putting up with the lack of service so I will not be returning.

Large Portions, Low Cost. I went here with a co-worker for lunch recently and was very satisfied. I found the menu to have a large selection of Canadian and traditional Chinese food (always a good sign). They have combination plates you can order for lunch that average around $9 a plate and are huge. You can choose between sweet and sour spareribs, chicken balls, shrimp, and a couple other options. My co-worker got the spareribs and was given a generous portion aside fried rice, mixed vegetables, and an eggroll. He couldn't even eat half of it. I opted for Sing's Chow Mein ($10) which had thick rice noodles (tasted homemade) with tons of beef and chicken, a few shrimps, and vegetables in a black bean sauce. It was very delicious and gave a portion large enough to fill me up for lunch and later on, dinner. We also shared the Delux WonTon Soup ($9) which also was huge and packed full of bbq pork, shrimp, dumplings, and vegetables in a subtle broth. Considering it was busy in the restaurant when we ordered we received our food SUPER FAST. Like I'm talking the soup was out in only a couple minutes and the other dishes no longer than 10 minutes. Fortune Cooking offers many other yummy sounding dishes that I would like to try in the future. I will definitely be back. Come here if you want lots of tasty food at a great price!

Underwhelming service. The interior decor is simple and resembles many other Chinese restaurants but the menu does have a fair selection of seafood items as described in its name. You order by writing your selection down on the waiters notepad which he leaves at the table, a style reminiscent of other fast-food Chinese restaurants. Our party ordered the Shrimp in spicy sauce and the Deluxe Chow Mein. We asked our server what was contained within the Shrimp in spicy sauce and he informed us it was shrimp, vegetables, and cashews. Due to a nut allergy at our table we wrote on the pad, 'NO CASHEWS', underlined it and also made sure the waiter understood as well. An additional requests we made (written and verbal) were, to make everything extra spicy. Our waiter acknowledged the requests and assured us that it wasn't a problem. When we received our dishes, lo and behold, cashews in the Shrimp in spicy sauce. We informed our server who brought out the dish (different from the one who took the order) and she simply took the dish away without apologizing.

The shrimp in spicy sauce had a bizarre odor in it, and the shrimp was quite overdone. The texture of the shrimp had been reduced to a mush that dissolved in your mouth.

The deluxe chow mein was extremely greasy even for a fast-food restaurant. It was also even more evident that none of our special requests were taken into consideration. There was absolutely no spiciness to either of our dishes.

The total bill only came up to $24 so it was quite affordable, and as a note the infamous Mr.Sing was actually not cooking in the kitchen that night. Perhaps on a night when he is cooking the food is better.

Fortune cooking unfortune consumer. Saw this place long time ago. finally got the chance to take my family there. i figure there must be another good chinese food place besides sun fortune in pembina. walk in there look at the menu i already felt like just leave a toonie and walk out. my wife said let's give them a chance, so we decided to order something really simple that no way they can screw up, and they did. the singapore noodle looks like something they took out from a left over and microwave the plate. the sad part is even the char siu which what some people referred as bbq pork, are dry like sponge. com'on man if you don't know how make it, just go to lucky supermarket and buy it. I strongly suggest anyone who read this post, please do not go there.

Greaat. Great food and huge portions..Only negative are the really dirty washrooms.

Mr Sing makes the best Chinese food in Winnipeg!. My wife and I have been eating Mr Sing's food for nearly twenty years--first at Sumhay and now here.
The mooshu chicken is excellent, as are all the shrimp dishes. Our fave (and that of a lot of his loyal customers) is the sizzling black bean shrimp. The hot and sour soup is quite different from others we've had, but it is the best remedy for any cold!
All in all, we probably eat here more than anywhere else. The staff (except for Amy, who is lovely and friendly) can be a bit weird, but that's kind of part of the charm.
Nicholas B.
I love that the owner (Singh) basically took his menu from Sumhay restaurant and added a few extra dishes. The location isn't as convenient as downtown, but the food is worth it. The lemon chicken is the best in Winnipeg, and is that gelatin crap you get elsewhere. Also any dish with shrimp is fantastic and you get a lot for the price. Start your meals with a huge bowl of consumme soup, a great value. Staff is always friendly.

We placed a large order, 1/2 hr late for promised pick up time. They forgot 5 dishes in our order and when we called they told us we were lying. This was our first AND last time ordering from here. I would recommend NOT ordering from here their food was so so as well.
