Review Pronto Pizzeria - Winnipeg

10/10. I couldn't imagine how this pizza could have been improved. Excellent cheese(not saputo), crust was so tasty and crunchy, the sauce was a little sweet to compliment the salt and the cook was indeed fire roasted. Nice crispy dark bits. I had some trouble understanding what the staff were saying, but that didnt impact my experience.

11/10 will come here for pizza every time. We got the gluten free crust on one and a seasoned cauliflower for the second pizza. Both tasted absolutely wonderful. The amount of ingredients on a regular pizza here will put any extra large pizza anywhere else to shame. The toppings are top quality and flavor so Rich it makes Jeffrey bezos look broke. The soup is that of what reminds you of your grandmother's homemade soup with lots of ingredients and flavor galore. I ordered a chicken bacon Italian sausage on ranch sauce and I will never and I mean never find any better than here. This place is amazing and service is most excellent. 100% recommend you try this lovely pizzeria.

With what I consider the best pizza in Winnipeg, it's no surprise that I will definitely come back here again. I had to have another chicken bacon Italian sausage on a delicious seasoned cauliflower crust with ranch sauce and fresh mozzarella cheese. The pizzas are amazing and I am very impressed with the amazing staff here. I recommend that you try Pizzeria Pronto and enjoy a good slice of pizza. They have a vast selection of fresh delicious ingredients and all this for a reasonably affordable and well decided price. I recommend you bring family or friends and dine in. They have a cozy dining area with lots of seating and an outdoor patio. I'm not sponsored I just really love the pizza and want to share the recommendation that you should come try it.

Quick, friendly service. We dined in and it was a comfortable setting. The pizzas came out so hot in what felt like a short amount of time.

Unlimited toppings, at fabulous prices, yes please😃 Winnipeg's greatest pizza and they now have a brand new full service licensed patio! The staff and management here are extremely friendly. You can tell they're smiling even with their masks on. Pizzeria Pronto offers both 11" & 15" pizzas. The pizzas are made fresh right in front of you before being placed in a stone fired oven. They have several crusts, sauces, and cheeses to choose from as well as plenty of proteins and veggies to choose from including Beyond Meat (spicy beef & spicy sausage). Their salads are absolutely delicious. My favourite is the Classic-75. If you enjoy a nice pasta, I'd suggest checking out their Pasta Wednesdays. Their penne is fabulous Although they sell beer and wine, I'm more of a pop person. The Coca Cola Freestyle machine is a nice bonus as there are plenty of flavours to choose from. Another thing worth mentioning is Pizzeria Pronto is a locally owned startup.

Excellent service as always from Pronto. The place is always clean and well organized. The pizza was perfect. I've never been disappointed going here.

Went into Pronto for the first time and loved the pizza! Very cool experience to choose your crust, sauce and toppings in an assembly line fashion. You can pick anything you want to load up your pizza. Will definitely be back.

Our absolute favorite pizzeria. Can't even tell you how many times we have eaten here now. Amazing staff and absolutely incredible pizza. Consistent everytime. If you haven't tried it you need to. Regular or whole-wheat always great. Unlimited assortment of fresh toppings, variety of sauces and cheese even a gluten free option if that's a concern. The staff are always polite, pizza always cooked to perfection served hot and establishment is always clean. Thank you Pronto for never disappointing. We will be back many times in the future I'm sure.

We had an amazing experience. My son and I shared a pizza and each choose our favourites on each half. I am just crazy about the crust. It is crispy and thin yet still has some good chew to it. Although I live not to far from a similar pizza restaurant I will drive the extra 20 minutes for this pizza! ��

Pronto Pizza is fantastic! The service is fast and friendly. And their pizza is delicious! The dough, the sauce, the fresh toppings! My favourite is the Margarita, fresh mozzarella and fresh basil, so good! I highly recommend it!

Went there as a family of 4 for the first time last night! It was all around fantastic. Clean, bright and best of all helpful and kind staff. The staff were working and knowledgable. The pizza was great, we were happy to see they have a gluten free option. We will definitely be back. It was a great experience. Thank you.

Our family has been dining here once a week since they opened and loved our dining experiences. But tonight's experience was disappointing - dirty greasy plates, rotten arugula on our pizza and the olive oil & vinegar dressing for the salad was straight vinegar. We brought our concerns up with staff who argued with us, telling us this is the normal quality. It was frustrating that our concerns were not taken seriously and it was not a good first experience for our out of town family we had brought with us.

2/5 - would not order again. Pizza was fair, nothing spectacular. Overpriced considering size and taste. Salads were decent, crisp, fresh. Feta Salad dressing was overloaded with garlic.

Went out with my boyfriend, the staff was very friendly, lots of toppings to choose from!! Quick service and a nice seating area, and they serve beer and wine 😊👌🏼👌🏼👌🏼

Great staff, happy to help us build a great pizza, stopped by our table to see if all was well, and they have a nice selection of beer and a few wines too.. we will definitely be back

This place was pretty good. Lots of options if you are gluten free vegan vegetarian meat lovers. It’s a clean place too.

Overall I was very satisfied with Pronto. The crust is thin and crispy and the toppings are extremely fresh. For $11 you cannot beat this place and the toppings are unlimited. Highly recommended for a quick bite!

I have to agree with some of the other reviews. Pronto is very similar to Za pizza but that's a good thing. Something no one seems to talk about is how good their salad is. I was told these are the old Sorrentos owners and I believe it just by the salad and breadsticks which are great. Even if you just want a salad and no pizza I would recommend this place. Many sit down restaurants don't make salad as good as Pronto does. Our pizza was very good and I couldn't find anything that I would complain about. $10.50 for a fresh pizza with tons of toppings and taste? You got my vote.

Not only is this place locally owned, but it also has amazing food and a great atmosphere. The staff were extremely friendly and we were asked twice on our experience. The workers seemed to genuinely care about our experience. The food was fresh the restaurant is clean. We will definitely be coming back the food was amazing and fresh. Left there. Wet happy. Best pizza I've ever had.

Pronto Pizzeria concept is very innovative.<br/><br/>Pizza crust was very light and crispy.<br/><br/>The mozzarella cheese portion was too much.  Some of the cheese wasn't completely melted.<br/><br/>I asked for fresh basil, but it didn't look fresh (almost dry) so I elected not to put it on the pizza.<br/><br/>Overall, I would recommend going to Pronto, but ask them to ease up on the cheese portion for a better experience.

Like the other reviews say - This is a put what you want on your pizza pizza joint. Its very good. Similar in price, taste, size, toppings as Za Pizza. It has a nice eat in area. If I'm shopping in this end of Wpg I will stop and eat here.

The concept of Pronto Pizzeria is identical to Za Pizza where you can get unlimited number of toppings on your pizza for a fixed price. You go down the line at the counter and request for what you'd like on the pizza. Then the staff cooks it in front of you at the fire deck oven. When the order is ready, you get called up.<br/><br/>I find that the pizza at Pronto is a bit smaller and more expansive than Za's.<br/>In addition, there are also less toppings to choose from at Pronto in comparison.<br/><br/>Despite Pronto is a bit more expensive, I personally still prefer it because the restaurant itself is more welcoming - there are more seatings available. Also I find that their ingredients and crusts are tastier/better.<br/><br/>At Pronto, they have a list of specialty pizza to choose from. It is perfect for those who do not wish to make their own pizza.<br/><br/>Overall, I'd highly recommend Pronto. Make sure to check it out if you've never been!

For 10.50$ I was very happy with the food and service.  Was hoping for reasonably priced, tasty pizza and it exceeded my expectations completely.  Everyone was very friendly and the food was great.

It seems there are now a few of these made to order, quick cook, and flat rate thin crust pizza joints opening up. This one is similar to the others in that they use the same dough press technology. They also offer a variety of sauces and do not mind if you mix (like make a rose sauce by mixing the red and the white). They have a good selection of toppings and from the couple of times I went, the toppings were fresh. <br/><br/>One advantage Pronto has over its competitors is they are licensed. They have beers on tap and in the bottle. The restaurant is also much larger and comfortable to sit in. The oven is also quite unique in that it is a gas fired oven with a large open deck with which you can watch your pizza getting cooked. Thing is, I'm not convinced this is better than the conveyer system the competitors use. Also, if you are interested in only a cheese pizza or a cheese pizza with only one topping, they do offer a lower price.<br/><br/>I enjoyed the pizza, and they do provide excellent value.

I am a lover of all things pizza. But let me tell you, this place is a let down. I was super excited to try it out one day after checking out the new outlet mall and was disappointed to say the least. ONLY plus side is the crust of the pizza is nice compared to all other build your own pizzas in the city. My friend and I went in around 7pm one evening and it was not very busy. Here is a list of the problems:<br/>1. Staff at counter seem uninterested in helping us<br/>2. I asked for pesto sauce instead of regular pizza sauce and she continued to put one teaspoon on for the entire pizza. After she spread it around she poured oil all over it. Not sure why the pesto isn't pre-shook in the bottle. I asked for more and she said 'pesto is strong we don't add more.' I get pesto sauce at all other places that offer it and continued to ask for more after telling her three times I was aware of the flavour. She seemed thoroughly pissed off that I would dare ask for more sauce.<br/>3. All inserts for toppings were cracked and dirty looking<br/>4. None of the inserts were full nor did they look fresh<br/>5. The spinach looked slimy and mushy<br/>6. They pride themselves on premium toppings yet the meat sections all looked grey and dried out<br/>7. Dipping sauces are not self serve and you are limited to one<br/>8. To get the cornmeal off the pans they knock it on the dirty garbage can (seen this procedure done by more than one employee)<br/><br/>Anyways, I would not eat here again, save your money.

Tried this place. Amazing crust. And when they say any toppings they actually mean it. Not like other places that limit you. Staff were super friendly. Worth the drive to Tuxedo for sure.

For $10.50 unlimited custom pizza making I liked this place. There's even gluten free offerings for those who need to have that choice. <br/><br/>I like that there's a set menu offering in case you don't know what toppings you want. One time I selected the Mediterranean as a base and just added a few others on top and removed the olives. There's over 30 toppings - I really like the margarita as they use soft mozzarella and real basil. Love the crushed garlic, bacon and artichoke toppings. The crust is decent - thinner side with a slight chew. It only takes about 5 or so minutes for it to cook. I like making half and half pizzas so I can enjoy two different flavours. <br/><br/>Staff are nice and place is clean and modern to dine in. It's just outside of the new outlet mall beside the Dairy Queen.

First time here. It was quiet and our pizzas were made fast. We were looking for chicken​ but didn't see it in the display. . Hopefully it will be available the next tine we try. Crust was great and we will be back again

Crust was delicious- crunchy , salty and soft on the inside. Toppings had a ton of flavour. Really really good👍. Yum! Will absolutely be ordering from here again.

Love love love this place. The crust is the best part. Super crunchy on the bottom but soft in the inside. In my opinion it's better then za pizza which is the same idea as pronto but pronto has a few more options for toppings (pickles garlic, eggplant) different things like that. I will be back. Plus we saw Adam Lowry there so it's obviously a cool place lol. I definitely recommend you try it out:)
