Have been multiple times and always had an excellent experience at the Velvet Glove Lounge at the Fairmont. Exceptional service and wide selection of cocktails and fine eats. We had cauliflower wings that might be the best I've had. Nice atmosphere and the staff were very accommodating - serving us
Valentine’s Day high tea experience was phenomenal! The tea selection is very fragrant and the desserts were the star of the show.
Technically this was at the VG Lounge, as the restaurant itself was closed due to the pandemic. The lounge itself was open to Hotel Guests. And the food itself is available for purchase on the mobile delivery apps. I enjoyed every meal I had here. It was top quality, in line with the Fairmont name.

This by far is the best place for Mothers Day. Yes, it is pricey but... I did not feel rushed at all. They set up the seating so that you are not crowded. They are always quick to bring you more coffee. clear your plate or bring you more mimosas... (which are included)
