Food was good for most of us. One complaint was that they don't have a lot of Gluten free sauces which leaves the food pretty tasteless. That and they charge for cheese now....$1.19 for the small container of cheese is kinda nuts!
Place is still good for Birthday dinners but not for regular dining.

Just finished some late lunch at Mongo’s Grill and I have to say: WOW! Amazing ingredients, top notch customer service from our server Danae and management team member Danie, all resulting in a delicious and positive experience. I have been going to this location for years and I’m happy to say I will continue to choose Mongo’s for years to come!

I ordered Mongos on skip the dishes and when it was sent to my house the order was completely wrong. This had happened 3 times prior to me - so I was familiar with the process to go in skip and get a refund for the botched order. The staff at the restaurant failed to put the noodles I selected for the order into the bowl (minus 2-3 random udon noodles that I didn’t ask for that I found in the stir fry). This resulted in them sending a nasty bowl of soggy vegetables saturated in a sauce that was leaking all over the bag. When I contacted skip, I was refunded for the stir fry bowl but lucky me still got to pay the taxes, the delivery, and the courier tip in something I didn’t even eat. I paid $9 for inedible food that went into the garbage. Not one to make complaints but this is highly unacceptable… unhappy customer still had to pay for something that couldn’t even be eaten. Highly advise you don’t order from Mongos on skip the dishes as they really can’t seem to get it right.

Ordered food and literally took an hour longer than expected. They coordinated terribly with skip the dishes and made the driver sit there outside for 30 minutes. Waste of everyone's time.
Update: Food was terrible. normally we love mongos, so we got 3 stir-frys. One had no sauce at all, and one had 2 giant hairs in it and was also gross. They clearly rushed and it's an absolute shame.

Prices have gone up for the general meal price and the things you get with that have been reduced. You now need to pay for all the things that used to be free, like the tortillas, dragon sauce etc. There aren't any peanuts and at this point you should go somewhere else.

Ate at the Regent location Sunday May 22, 2022, around 4:30-5:00pm and within less than an hour of leaving there my stomach started to burn and by 8pm after fighting the urge to vomit, I threw up everything I ate there. I have a shellfish allergy and told them and they stated they cleaned the grill but I did not witness it. After i threw up I called to let them know but have not heard back from the main manager there. Be careful eating there people.

Yummy build your own stir fry or turn it into a wrap. My kid enjoyed building his own bowl. It was definitely more fun before Covid. Now they build it for you and you pick what you want from a piece of paper.

This is not good place to work. The demeanour of the staff attest to that. Now that I got my bill... not a great place to eat either.
I almost laughed when I saw some people's bowls piled 10" high. I wondered why they would do that at an all you can eat venue.
Now I know. When they say $13.29 for lunch That's for 1 Bowl! The second bowl is an upcharge. Crap.
Speaking of crap. This is the first time in years I've gone to the bathroom to find no toilet paper... after I'm done! The napkin in my pocket saved my shorts. � Another sign that the staff don't care about their jobs.

I make my own food taste the best, cant complain about how it tastes!! Its always the best meal when I come here. I love the lemonade to! Its so good. And when the kids come they love making their own bowls to their liking and exploring with food. I love it.

Extraordinarily excellent stir bowls (2). One seafood and veggies, the other chicken, beef, pork, and veggies. I avoid the huge heap of noodles many people put on top!

Amazing friendly staff, that goes out of the way to make sure your happy. I have serious allergies and they don’t make you feel bad. Jump to help get veggies fresh from the fridge to ensure safety quality. Goes be extra mile to clean a spot just for me on the grill. And the food tastes amazing!! � � � � �

went for late lunch take out with my husband.
I'm used to paying around $28-30 for 2 bowls. Apparently, if you are one minute past 4pm it automatically becomes 'dinner' and you are forced to pay $40 for 2 bowls.
There are absolutely no prices posted, unless you get a menu for sit down.
No where does it say that the price goes up after a certain time anywhere in the restaurant.
Asked for a refund moments later, and did get it. But, it took almost half an hour as no one knew how to give one.
The assistant manager was polite enough and offered us one free bowl of food.
It was highly embarrassing, as every young waiter had to come by and ask what was going on.
$40 for 2 barely filled bowls of food just because the clock has changed is ridiculous.

The waitress was terrible. She never took everyone's drink order. We also asked for containers to take home leftovers and waited forever. I know we had a big group but 9 people whom you only have to bring drinks to isn't that difficult.
