While in Windsor tried this place out as was close to the hotel seemed interesting had a prime rib burger was good wth lots of fries

Found our burger joint. We had walked by Simon's a few times, before we finally we decided to give it a try today. I literally just finished my burger. The food is all cooked right out for all to see; the fries are handcut. How do I know? They do that rigt behind the counter, too! My husband and I each had a 4oz patty. I added on regular size fries with cajun spice. SO DELICIOUS. We waited about 5 minutes for our food. Keep it up Simon's!
