Ordered green beans with minced pork and hot sauce. No hot sauce no salt tasted like boiled beans. Called and asked and they told me that next time I need to say Spicy Green Beans. $14.50 and was basically told not their fault. Not the same Jade as the downtown Jade. No problem charging $15 for a $2 order of beans. Don’t worry their won’t be a next time. Very disappointed.

This is the worst chinese and the worst taste of food i have eaten in my life. I dont make food reviews but my god the chicken isnt even freshly cooked and has a weird reheated leftovers taste in it. The breaded shrimp tastes like styrofoam. Even the fried rice didnt taste right.

Used to buy the beef and broccoli all the time and it was great. Now the price has increased and the quality is terrible. We got the beef and broccoli today and the sauce is not as dark and is very watered down. The sauce barely even has a taste. Tried to bring it back and they said this has always been the sauce and that it’s just soy sauce. We used to get this dish atleast a few times a month and it was never made like this. We will not be returning, it is not worth the price especially for the food not having any taste.

I ordered directly from their website for delivery and one dish was missing when the food arrived. Called them to ask for the missing item and they claimed that they definitely packed it. Not sure what they're trying to imply and how to prove that they didn't deliver what I paid for. Anyway, the staff eventually promised to refund my money for the missed dish but days later, they still haven't returned my money. I originally paid using e-transfer.

We went to Jade and it was delicious. I was blown away by the vegetable noodles and the green beans. The food was so tasty and the service was great. I look forward to trying the dim sum next time!

Called ahead and asked for a veggie soup. All other places when a veggies soup is order it's for vegetarian, so they use a different broth. I drove home and when I opened mine it was with chicken broth.
I called them to explain I couldn't eat the chicken broth and hey said they would change it.
So I drove all the way back, and I explained to them that I needed a water base broth, they talked between them and gave me the exact same soup,in the exact same container, after 4 minutes waiting.

Very delicious food nice staff and fast food delivery. One of the best dim sum places, better than some places in Toronto! Would come here for a heart fulfilling brunch

Used to be ok place, but not now. Last week, found sharp object in the batter on deep fried octopus. They didn't care I nearly cut my mouth, charged me for the item which was only partially eaten, then they offered me a free item to take out. As if i'd eat anything else there again!! No apology from staff. Never their fault. I'm not the only one who found sharp "things" in the food/batter so I've heard. I'm done. No more Jade!
