Skippy's is my favourite place to get lunch. Both Brooke and Julia are absolutely fantastic servers and people. I always go in feeling welcomed and well served. Additionally, the atmosphere and food have never disappointed me. This restaurant is by far one of the most welcoming in Windsor. The service, environment, food and price would go above anyones expectations.

Today was Kelly’s last day and we were the last table of her last day. We are skippy regulars, and we are very sad to see her go. The service here is excellent and the food is also great. My favourite breakfast spot. They always bring you exactly what you want and I’m sure this will continue even without Kelly’s service!

We stopped in to see why this place was on list of the top "cheap eats" in Windsor. We lasted 2 minutes in the building because it was at least 80 degrees inside. (it was 60 degrees outside.)
