This was my 1st visit to the restaurant.. Here are the highlights : 1. 3 different sizes of poutine available I e small, medium and large ☕ 2. Lots of choices and toppings to pick from i.e. green pepper, jalapeno ,onions etc 🥕🍅 Note -- As I only tried veggie so I can only provide veggie review though non veg is also available. 3. Delicious poutine with great quality and service🙂. 4. Stylish ambience 5. Economical pricing.💲 Photos indicates different types of poutine we enjoyed .😋 Definitely try it again.. Thank you Frenchy 😅

My 1st time going, was good! For being so busy and only 2 people working! 15 minutes waiting time, I was impressed! I Got the pulled pork! I will definitely order again!

Fantastic spot to grab a quick bite. The food is amazing and there are a ton of poutine options. The guy there is super nice and friendly. The atmosphere is really cool too. Definitely a five star 🌟

Fantastic authentic poutine run by really nice blokes. The music is great as well. The largest size is big enough for two people. 10/10 would recommend

Absolutely amazing. When I entered it was very quiet inside, the gentleman I picked my order up from was very nice and friendly. While waiting for the transaction he made small talk as if I was a local and made me feel very welcomed. I ordered the BBQ poutine and couldn't stop eating it. I will be stopping in again on my next trip up.

These guys are the best, only poutine you can trust to be authentic around here and others mentioned great portion sizes and taste! :)

Id never been to Canada before, and this was my stop on the way to Electric Forest Canada. I'd never tried poutine before. It was interesting. Very rich. I liked it, but I'd love to have been able to put some Tony's Seasoning on it to take it to that next level. The pics aren't coming up I took.

Hands down best poutine in the city. The curds are fresh and melty. The fries are freshly cut and the gravy is super delicious and hot enough to melt the delicious cheese curds. They have alot of topping options and their pulled pork is top notch. Definitely a staple of downtown. If you have a night of drinking this is the best stop to end the evening

The whole experience was amazing. I traveled all the way from Kansas City. The two gentlemen gave great advice except for his beer choice but I let that slide since the name of the game food and not beer.

This is my go to place when I'm craving my delicious poutine. By far the best in Windsor.

Holy cow, this place is amazing! The atmosphere was eclectic and fun. The cooks were funny and friendly. And the food is insanely delicious. Seriously, I wouldn't need to eat anything else in my life if one of these was near my apartment.

Very reasonably priced. Very friendly people. That little hidden gem

One of the best poutine's in Windsor. I always get mine with bacon and onions and it's a meal! Great friendly owner and staff, my friends from Detroit make this place stop 1 on every Windsor visit

First time in Canada, with a visit from Savannah Georgia. Broke my pountine cherry at Frenchy's. The young mustachioed gentleman was very polite and patient with our pountine education. Now back at home I have been relentlessly looking for a pountine and slider outreach centers for withdrawal. I am trying to stay strong although I have been hanging out at local burger joints asking strangers to pour gravy and curds on my fries. So far looks of concern and disgust. #onefryatatime #sparesomepountine #frenchyspountinery

Friendly and good service. Great proportions and best price. Best I've had in Ontario

My daughter loves this place so it looks like I'll be returning in the future.

By far my favorite place for poutine. Always good service and even a small is a good serving size.

Wonderful poutine. The pulled pork is extremely tasty. I have been there twice and both times the food was great. I drive out of my way from Indiana just to get this.

The poutine and sliders were fantastic. Didn't love that the pork on the poutine had that weird flavour that you get when you refrigerate poultry (yes I know pork isn't poultry) though. However the flavour of the pork on the sliders was much better. Maybe the pork on the poutine needed to be heated more thoroughly? In any event, the food was fast and all other elements were extremely tasty. Almost a perfect experience.

Fantastic food. Definitely a hidden gem. A must try!

We come up from the States and evertime we come we go to Frenchy's and try to bring friends to spread the word! It's our tradition now!!! Love it! Just finished the left overs from the portions they give you!

This is the go-to spot for poutine in Windsor. I usually take people here from both sides of the border to show them how delicious poutine can really be.

Everything here is fresh, unlike some other fast food establishments in the area. They also know how to do poutine right by putting the cheese in the middle to melt, not overload on the gravy, and knowing what topping work best with a poutine. That's what makes it so delicious every time. It's also a great place for students since you get big portions cheap.

Would recommend.

I'm sure it's delicious. I just never remember the following morning. It does reduce the effects of a hangover quite substantially. One day I will try it while sober.

Went by with a co-worker to grab some lunch. I'm a heavy eater as is, but boy-oh-boy, I couldn't even finish the regular poutine! Choice of toppings is great, the sauce was a bit meh. But when you've got your mouth full of delicious pulled pork, the sauce isn't much to worry about. Tastes good with some orange crush.
The hype is real. As most will tell you, best poutine in the city. Lots of selection and good service. Believe the hype.

Meh - nope, not the real thing.. I grew up in Quebec on poutine and as much as I had high hopes for this place, it just didn't compare. The gravy is off, the curds aren't fresh (no squeek) and generally it's just very average tasting. Kudos for the choice of toppings but for the rest it just didn't satisfy. If your only poutine experience is the local fast food chain offerings, it's a step up but not by much.

The only restaurant I tried that knocked it out the park for Windsor was a place down a few blocks on Ouellette called the "Montreal Diner" but that closed down years ago. A close 2nd now is Smoke and Spice for the pulled pork poutine. The gravy is much better and it feels more like what I grew up on.

Mmm mmm mmm.

The pulled pork is rich and the gravy is one of a kind. Orgasmic!

Not Quebec. I've been to Quebec and had the authentic Poutine before Windsor even knew what it was.
I have been searching for that same thing ever since!
Not one of the chain restaurants will ever get it right!!!
For Frenchy's...It’s the closes thing this kid has found. One review got it right though, the cheese is just not the right texture. And that is part of what a Poutine a Poutine.
Note till someone gets it right or I move to Quebec....I'll go back. (Prices good)

It doesn't taste like a real poutine. The cheese curds weren't squeaky, the gravy wasn't as savory as it should have been. This would still make decent drunk food but I mean if someone opens a poutinery, at least make it more authentic tasting and get the basics right. On the plus side, any toppings you want on them for free as well as optional meat (but that costs extra if course). I had the pulled pork
Meltor
DELICIOUS! Granted I was drunk. Will have to go back sober

A Texan likes it!. I'm from Austin, TX, and Frenchy's offers dining that is competitive with anything we have in Austin. My poutin had pulled pork with jalapenos, roasted red bell peppers, and roasted onions. This food was creamy, moderately spicy, and totally awesome.
Hungrygirl
Love the concept but I'm afraid the gravy is lacking for me.

Listened to the locals and checked out Frenchie’s Poutinerie. They’ve dubbed it as the best poutinerie in town. I don’t know about being the best poutinerie since I haven’t been to any other since arriving in Windsor but they serve a pretty mean Poutine.
