We love coming here! Best shawarma I’ve ever had. We’ve lived in many different cities and have tried to find places that compare to Shawarma Palace, but they always seem to come up short. The taste of the food here is always great, the restaurant is clean, and the staff is friendly.

For a small place the interior design was great, i also liked the the food. I only recommend to pay more attention to bathroom hygiene as it had ran out of paper and did not look the best.

When we are downtown and want a quick bite to eat, Shawarma Palace is a great option. They have a good selection on the menu and you can eat inside now, if you choose.
I have tried the shawarma wraps - chicken, beef and mixed. All of them are very good. You get a large portion for the cost. If you walk a few blocks you can have dinner or lunch at the river with a water view of Detroit.
Parking just to stop for lunch or dinner will be a challenge. There are a number of spots out front on the street, but will probably be full. We usually walk to the restaurant.

Every time I go in for my chicken shawarma I am never disappointed. I pick my hummus, pickled beets, pickles, lettuce, tomatoes etc., heated either to go or dine in. Windsor's best!

Super nice guys that work there! Beef shawarma was delicious. The chicken shawarma was a bit dry. It was a little slow when I went so I plan on trying the chicken again when it's busier.

Steve would greet you and you'd get TOP QUALITY. I'm disappointed that my favorite shawarma place died. WAY Smaller portions for much higher prices. Service feels less friendly. There are 3 or 4 other shawarma places within walking distance that are way better and less busy.

Usually I like to complement but I tried both shawarma beaf/chicken and both are actually dry. One of the worst shawarma experience so far, I would suggest that they work in the quality of their meet and to make sure it is fresh. Thanks
