Very nice place to have a meal. I just tried burgers the first time I visit. Burger was great, also hot sauce on chicken taste so delicious. Manager and staff was soo warm welcoming with good hospitality. Wakerville beers are available and sandwich beers too. Ambience was also good. They even sanitize the entire tables and seats after every use.

The food was good as always. The waitresse was funny, & nice. Kept checking to see if everything was good. The restaurant wasn't to busy when I went in which was nice. It didn't take to long for food to come to the table.

We went on a very busy Saturday but they had plenty of staff. Our server was fantastic and made great recommendations. Our meal was splendid and filling but we still wanted to try a dessert. The apple pie was massive! We sat on the patio and it was so nice to be outside. It was my daughter's pick because she saw bacon poutine on the menu but we will definitely return.

Amazing service and quite timely too. We were seated the moment we walked in. Our server, Sam, was just absolutely wonderful! Didn't check in on us too much, just enough for us to enjoy our meal. The food was great! It was so good that I unfortunately didn't take pictures. I ordered their poutine and the Reuben. The poutine was all right, satisfactory. The Reuben was great! And the onion rings I got with it were wonderfully crunchy as well. My only true complaint was that the bread on the Reuben sandwich was super oily, but that could be just how they do it up. Great service and a great meal, well worth the price! Appreciative of your attentiveness, Sam!

This was my first patio dining experience since COVID hit. Our server was one of the managers, she was really great and made us all feel safe. I remember when the place was the dingy maple leaf, with sub par food. I was shocked! The food is amazing!!! I have been ordering food from here through SKIP on a weekly basis. My favorite is the steak, or mango chicken lettuce wraps. Good prices. Will order again, probably next week.. or maybe tomorrow :)

The factory house has just lost customers. It was the only breakfast place in Windsor to have gluten free breakfast. My boyfriend has celiac disease which means gluten will hurt him. And there aren't many places in Windsor that have gluten free food that will affect him. When I found out you guys had gluten free breakfast we were so happy. But now my heart is broken and I am so angry. And knowing that there isn't anything I can do to change it. Goodbye and good luck without us.

Very disappointed in my first and likely last visit to this newest restaurant. I have been a loyal patron of The Maple Leaf and the "Leaf" in the past and decided to give this newest venue a chance. Staff was more than helpful and pleasant and seated us straight away. The restaurant was not unusually busy for a Saturday night at 5PM. We were a small party of 3 and ordered within 7-8 minutes of arriving. Unfortunately our food was not as prompt. After waiting +35 minutes for our food, we opted to pay for our coffee and leave. At that point, our food came out. We finished our meal but voiced our disappointment to the waitress. I don't believe it was a question of being "busy" as many tables and booths on our side were empty. On a positive side, the food was good but we will definitely not return.

Went here for dinner and the food and atmosphere was fantastic. Everything is made fresh in house, even the mayonnaise, which I was very impressed with. The price was definitely afforable and if your looking for somewhere new to go and eat I highly recommend checking this place out.

Expected it to be better as the website looked like it had great food. The waitress brought the wrong apetizer, then meal didn't have the salad. The food was okay, not great. Lunch for 2, incl. 3 drinks, 1 apetizer was $60 plus tip. Atmsphere was decent, more of a warehouse feel than a factory. Several big screens. I was hoping for better, won't go back.

The service was very friendly and quick. The soup was delicious and so were the fries. But our sandwiches were disappointing. The grilled veggie sandwich was just okay and the reuben tasted like nothing but corned beef. If there was swiss cheese on it, we couldn't see it or taste it. Usually a reuben has a tangy sauce. We asked the waitress to bring extra sauce, thinking if we spread more on the sandwich it would taste better but it was still super bland. So many great places to eat in Windsor; we won't bother going back here.

Everything about our visit today was great awesome service and awesome menu. Will be returning for sure. I would recommend this wonderful new dining establishment to everyone. Was busy with two larger parties but still served almost immediately. Local ale on tap and much more for dinner as well.

Hubby and I went for dinner tonight and it was terrific! Chelsie took great care of us, and was so friendly,and was really attentive! Like everyone working there, no one was idle, they all had smiles, and were friendly, and greeted everyone as they came through the door. The chef makes truly fresh,and great tasting food. And the décor is beautiful! My hubby was in the construction business for many years, and he said, that there was great attention given to all the surfaces, and all the details. This is for us, the most enjoyable restaurant, for food, décor, friendly attitudes, and excellent waitresses! This will be our home away from home, to get out, and have a comfortable, enjoyable, and delicious meal! Thanks Chelsie, and Factory House!
