We attended this restaurant with our friends upon entering we had to put 25 do a 30 minute wait but while waiting the staff there was sure to see that to it that you had drinks and they made sure you were taken care of.
When the waitress seated me and my friends they made sure to see it that we need any drinks we've got them if we would like any appetizers they were efficient fast with delivery. When the main course came I enjoyed the steak and lobster tail it was probably the best service we have received the steaks were cooked the way we wanted them there was nothing more we could ask for everything was done properly and a return visit will be an order.
I'm sure that with the keg being The Keg both the south location and the location on Riverside Drive have the same service but that is something we will have to find out but all in all it was probably the best steakhouse I've ever been to and I've been to a few.
Classic steakhouse serving prime beef; Excellent menu; Excellent service; Definitely worth driving in to Windsor from Detroit for the experience. Pricey!

Scrumptdelicious. Nicely seasoned mouth-watering steaks and accoutrements. Try the sirloin Oscar or another steak with seafood add-on. It was surprising how flavorful the shrimp and scallops were ... not over cooked or over seasoned. Must-haves are the twice baked potato and the seasoned steamed veges ... Tender and fresh! Great selection of coffee warmers and desserts. Don't leave without at least having a mini brownie.

Worth the Visit. While visiting Detroit, we decided to go out to eat in Windsor. We decided on the Keg after reading various reviews and couldn't be more please with the experience. The Keg is an upscale chic restaurant on Riverside Dr. which is on the water (Detroit River), which adds to its coolness. We were greeted and escorted to the bar to wait on a table since we didn't have reservations. After a few drinks we were escorted to an inside table, we could have gone outside but it was a bit chilled that eve. There is a nice patio area. Our server was very knowledgeable and attentive. We both ordered steak, I had New York Strip, that was grilled to perfection mashed potatoes with a side of veggies. We were satisfied without being stuffed. The atmosphere was great and background music was smooth. Something interesting that I haven't experienced to date was the server brought a portable credit card machine to the table when I was ready to pay the bill....I like that! Excellent experience, I look forward to dining there in the future again! Highly Recommended!
A good restaurant to go if you want a nice formal dinner with friends and family. Go there at least once every two weeks and am always satisfied! Great service and great view with the best steak ever (med rare) :) yum!
Great river views! Good food, good beer and wine selection.
Mesmerized by the luxurious fire place located in the direct front, the hostess took us to our seats. People I can’t even begin to tell you about the awesome selection of appetizers they had to choose from. All I remember is that we ordered at least four of them from the menu and they were all indeed favorable.
