This dish is one of my all-time favorites! I crave this dish. This picture says it all. It's always perfectly cooked. The flavours.....it's a perfect dish. I prefer the risotto as my side because it balances out the dish. Cookshop is an absolute gem. Get to downtown Windsor to support the good ones!

We were calling restaurants a day ahead for New Year’s Eve and many of our favourites were booked out for take out. Fortunately cook shop was able to squeeze us two for 5pm and man oh man. The food was good . Definitely would go to dine in for our second time!
