This is without a doubt one of the better McDonald's in our HRM area. Recently renovated and service is as fast as can be expected. Dont use the app during menu switch over times. Ordered a breakfast sandwich at around 1050 on the app. By the time I got to the window it was 1101 and was told the computer glitched and they had to cancel my order because of the switch over. They manually put the same items in but it was more $. Fa

Nice, New Restaurant, Beautiful....and I am sure it was a busy day, but, after repeating our order 4 times, it was still wrong upon delivery....so...need some work on the communications...we will be back, everybody has a off day right😎👍

Me and my father asked for no pickles on our burgers and we got pickles. My father asked for 2 combos, that includes fries, and he didn't get a fry and when he asked for one the cashier wouldn't give him one until the manger gave him one.

It can be busy first thing in the morning. And the iced coffee is either really good or so bad it can't be consumed. Service is good.

The woman at the window was very rude. She had no patience and never spoke to us once. We tried to ask for spoons and she shut the take out window in our face and walked away.

Service here was faster than the average McDonald's however their burger building skills are lacking. I had more mac sauce on my wrapper than my burger

Usually not one to complain but it's always one thing or another. The only time your order is correct is when you pull up and wait an extra 5-10 minutes to get it. I ordered a promotional item and this is what I received.
