They definitely mess up orders more then they get them right. Nothing worse then biting into your breakfast sandwich and pulling out a dime size piece of egg shell 🤢. I always have to ask for my mobile order here. I stand there and watch ppl come and go and they are completely unaware that they have a mobile order. Worst service. Nor do I want to have to Wait to ask for my completed order behind the counter. It's supposed to go under the arrow.
