Review Tim Hortons - Wiarton

Although the staff was not attentive, I like this place. First time when we went to Tobermory we stopped at this Tim Horton location and I just fell in love with this little town Wiarton. Again last month when we were on our way to Tobermory stopped at this exact Tim Hortons and enjoyed our time having breakfast and buying some stuff in the Food World there.

Burnt bagel. This company has had toasting problems for the last 20 years. Not just this restaurant but all of them. Usually the toaster doesn't work and you a soggy bagel. They might solve the problem someday. BTW the bagels are not real bagels because they're not boiled. True bagels are boiled and baked. Tim Hortons exists because they get people addicted to highly caffeinated watery coffee.

They do NOT pay attention to detail..or maybe just do not read the ticket.. How do you mix up bacon for gross sausage?? Oh, plus they DO NOT care cuz they already stole the monies.. I say stole, because they did not give me MY order.. They gave me what they felt like.. And your hash brown patties 9 out of 10 times are soft and mushy too...

Food is so much better than in the GTA. Not sure why but maybe just living in a small town and these wonderful people just care more. After living for over 3 decades in the GTA. People here actually care if your food is good.

Amazing service at the counter, the lady that served my coffee had a great sense of humor!

I had very bad experience with this branch of Timhortons. I came here on my way to Indian cove peninsula. I asked for strawberry Iced cap and she gave me regular iced cap and told that’s the one I asked. When I went back and showed the image of the one I asked for.She mentioned that’s the different one and she told she will replace that with the previous one. Later she changed her words stating that I need to pay for that again. She cannot replace with the previous. The lady at the cash counter was very rude. They ruined my evening. I was very frustrated with this.

Never again! Order taker was EXTREMELY rude. I always order Medium Earl Grey tea, black, with the bag in. I was told that they don't carry English Breakfast Tea anymore....really? My husband always gets Medium dark roast with ONE sweetner and ONE Milk..somehow she heard 3 SUGARS...Gawd! It seemed she had better things to do than waste her time working...and there was "music" blaring in the background, this could account for her not hearing the order correctly. BTW, the wraps are terrible....they used to be good especially the grilled chicken caesar. The cilantro lime vegggie was awful, I ended up throwing much of it away. I was getting the turkey bacon club, but find the turkey roll much TOO SALTY, can we use real turkey? The girl on cash was nice though....

Got a blt on a croissant and when I got it, it was squished and some of it was missing as well as it was so cold I had to put it in the microwave when I got to work! This place ripped me off 5$ for this
