Review Frosty Freeze - Wiarton

CASH ONLY! Right on the way to Tobermory, at Wiarton town. Tried poutine and ice cream cones. Fries were crisp as I wanted but felt gravy was bit salty. Their ice cream cones are the best and quite famous too. Reasonably priced, carry some cash as they accept only cash. Enjoy!

The owner is very rude, asked for a certain flavour of ice cream because of allergy issues. Got home and noticed he had gave us the wrong flavour. Went back and was ignored and then he told me he knew I would be back, but he already cleaned the ice cream machine. Got very aggressive and proceeded to make the correct order and charged me again for it. Did not apologize or anything.

Real good ice cream! Had the strawberry flavoured one and was pleasantly surprised at the portion size! If driving by, definitely recommend stopping in.

It was ok I had a Sunday and fried pikrls and was good my brother had a strawberry milkshake and it tasted like melted French vinilla icecream and it had really good poutine

Food was really good!! I got chicken tenders and they were super soft and crispy, loved it!

Was really good ice cream! My husband and myself order the flavoured swirl cones. Noticed their wasnt a picture of the ice cream menu so I thought I would attach one to help people who have never been here before. It was our first visit and would go back.

The food was decent and I got ok service but a friend of mine got short changed (literally). She paid for a $5 footling with a $20 and got $5 back. When she said something, they gave her a little more but still not the correct amount of change and they showered her attitude. My friend ended up not eating anything because of the bad service. Too bad since I was going to get dessert there too.

This has been a staple in my life for as long as I can remember. Every summer at least 3 or 4 times we come to Wiarton and have summer and ice cream. This is the best place to stop on your way home or to the ferry. The staff are the best and I can't wait till I come back again this summer!!
