Husband and I come here often, definitely our go-to breakfast place. Never had a bad meal, great choices and always cooked well. The only complaint would be that sometimes the service is slow or unattentive.
Decent Food. Second time going to Poultry in Motion and had breakfast this time. (First time had the chicken burger and curry soup which was good -for diner food owner was serving and was SUPER nice)
I had an omelette which was alright, but it didn't blow me out of the water. The food seems to be pretty average. It's a good place to go for a greasy spoon breaky (that's not so greasy.)
Bonus- They open pretty early and have a patio decked out with fur blankets when it's chilly out.
The service this time was awful. The woman was older and so SLOW. Had to wait 20 minutes just to get a glass for self serve water.
Both the eggs benedict and rasberry muffin with yogurt are awesome!!
Overrated Raspberry Muffin. Nice breakfast but the Raspberry Muffin was dry and cakey. If that was the "Best in the World" then it is a sad world for raspberry muffins.
The place seems to have an "attitude" based on the renown of the muffin. Time to focus more on the recipe and less on the attitude.
Makes food like my mom would. Hearty portions, lots of fresh ingredients. I love the muffins.

They tout the best raspberry muffins in the world, but sadly were sold out when we went.
Be on the look out for Julie the restaurant Dog. She will come and greet you and ask for pets. Give her a pet for me
Holly was a great host. The cappuccino was great tasting and her raspberry muffins we're so good I got a second one lol. She isn't lying they are tasty.
Friendly, home cooked style breakfast. I loved the simple relaxed atmosphere. I ordered the eggs benny with smoked salmon... they choose to fry the egg instead of poaching which was a surprise - so if you like fried eggs you will like this benny.
A cute place beside the beach. Lovely breakfast and service. Was pleased to meet another Valentine:) who I presume is the owner. She was sweet, polite and helpful.
I had the big one with the spicy sausages and it was the right way to have started my Saturday morning!!
A must go to place if you're starting your day at White Rock beach.
The staff did her job, but could have been better. We were seated inside earlier and then we saw a table outside get vacant (obviously with a better view and sun). We asked if we could move there, and she said once she clears it, we could move there. We were patient because at that time there were a few customers who had to be attended to. However, even after that, and we saw her doing nothing for a while, she didn't clear the table. We finished our breakfast after some more time, but still nothing happened.
Apart from this, it was a lovely experience.
Come for the food... stay for the show... The Eggs Benny are simple but excellent. The chicken is also very well done... the service and friendly staff are great. The owners are engaging and hysterical and show great care and appreciation for their customers. Just be careful when sipping your drinks, you might fire a bit of it out your nose if you chat too much. Very sharp wits and great sense of comedic timing. You will not be disappointed unless you show up when it's closed. Very simple but well done over all. Will definitely recommend and be back for more shenanigans.
This is my favourite place to go for breakfast! The staff is amazing and the food is even better. Their pan fries are incredible. Highly recommend any of their eggs Benedict. I get it every time and I’ve never been let down! Best place for breakfast in all of white rock and south surrey
I have been going here off and on for several years. One of the best breakfast places you will find. I love and had again today, the Belgium waffles with strawberries and whipped cream. Yummy.. Fantastic every time. All so great bacon & eggs and their Big breakfast..
Owner is a very nice lady, breakfast is the best! Strong Coffee and Muffins are to die for!
New potatoe salad is Awsome! Atmosphere is relaxing. Always served with a smile and great conversations. Food is always hot and portions are good. Prices are from $10 to $15 a plate. Bathroom is being remodeled. They are right on the main strip with paid parking across the street. Tables and chairs inside are nice...outside needs an upgrade. Would highly recommend. 4 stars 🙂

This small restaurant on east beach in White Rock BC. It is very small but there is a patio out front. It serves all-day breakfasts and lunch. It closes mid afternoon. It is very popular with the locals and on summer weekends is extremely busy with lineups. The food is not outstanding but it is acceptable. Eggs Benedict are my favourite. The best thing about the place is it's atmosphere. It is hard to explain in words but its location, food, service, and tiny size go together to give the restaurant an unique atmosphere well worth experiencing.
What an amazing experience! Erin was an excellent host and waitress! Food was fantastic! I had the BC Benny and my husband the ham omelet. Coffee fresh and raspberry muffin perfect! I’ll gladly go again. Anita
Me and the fam went for a drive one night. We drove down to white rock beach and came across this place. We thought we would give it a try. I have nothing but good things to say about this hole in the wall. We went for breakfast one morning. Food was amazing menu was simple and clear. The food came pretty quick and the staff were very nice. Muffins were to die for and eggs bennidict was phenomenal. Sitting on the patio early in the morning eating some great food= a great experience.
What a great place to have breakfast in White Rock. Very cozy and clean. The staff is friendly and very attentive. I had the omelet with spicy sausage and it was delicious. A great location with lots of parking across the street. A little tip, a great time of year to visit the restaurant is in the off season as it's not as busy as it is in summer.
We had great service and a delicious breakfast at this local gem. The smoked salmon eggs benny was so good! Friendly, seaside vibe, my kinda place for a casual brunch. :)
