I grabbed a Caramel Ribbon Crunch frap and an Iced Coffee for my spouse. The drinks were just the right amount of sweet and a nice treat. Of course we know that most of the Starbucks have employees from The Good Place (if you have ever watched the show then you will understand the reference). The gentlemen who provided me my order was very nice. I even got a complimentary pump of vanilla in my beverage, so many thanks to him for that!
P.S. If you think that a cold drink is no good for the winter, think again. It is great for any season.

As always, the staff was exceptionally friendly and polite. Atmosphere was what you would expect from a Starbucks Cafe. The design was a little different, which was nice but clean and good layout.

The only reason I am giving a 4 is the price. The turkey bacon/egg/cheese sandwich was delicious and the iced coffee with less sugar and cream was perfect, but wow, it's expensive. I will likely return, but corporate needs to level the pricing to align to the other coffee shops. The iced coffee tasted the same as other similar venues.

I had been studying and the barista came over with a refill and was nothing but helpful the entire time I was there, definitely will be coming back - love the atmosphere and will be a new study spot of mine :)

I had hands down the most amazing Starbucks experience at this location! The staff is super nice and accomodating and the drinks are amazing. The managers David and Lucas in particular are great and were very understanding in an issue I had at another location. Definitely recommend, good vibes all around!

ordered an ice matcha latte with cold foam and it was made perfectly by the wonderful baristas! Also very clean at this location

This is the best in Oshawa and Whitby. Amazing baristas. I will travel past the Wilson and Taunton location just to travel to this location.
