August 3rd, 2021. 7 PM ordered with a nice young lady on the phone. I am so glad I got a different perspective of this place. I've seen many reviews about this place and it was literally a cold hard decision because there's not many places up here in Durham, that serves Caribbean foods. But for what it's worth.. it was a great experience for me. The food was awesome. I got a curry goat and 2 oxtail dinners w/ rice and peas, a large serving of slaw, dumplings, and plantains. I'm not all about the plantains here because it was a bit oily, but the dumplings and dinners were bomb. The severing was quite filling. I give it a 5 stars 🌟
Breakfast here was really good. I was a little hesitant to try as there aren't many good carribian restaurants in Durham, but it was actually good. Portions are very small though.
Very tasty and I appreciate the honesty as she didn't have enough fried chicken for a large order so she made it a medium instead.
